Janes Ice Cream and Eatery

We love taking our handicapped mom out for ice cream and dinner. Cheese steaks, onion rings and fries are awesome and the many flavors of ice cream are decadent. It’s perfect for the family, kids and pups. To make it easy for mom who isn’t very mobile, we park in handicapped parking and eat in the car.

I used to come here all the time with the kids and then started going to Gabels since it was closer to my sons daycare. However, I decided to come to Janes since i was around the way. I was completely shocked at the prices for the amount of food I received. I initially ordered two meals for my kids, and the drinks were 90% ice so I asked for a refill and they said they charge for refills? had I known that I would have said hold off on the pound of ice. Then my husband orders his meal a bacon cheeseburger small drink and fries…… $20.63 HOW IS A BURGER AND SMALL FRIES over $20 needless to say we will not be back. I understand things have gone up in price but based on the picture, that is not worth $20

I was on my way, I stopped by for ice cream with vanilla chocolate, but they put chocolate in it, I didn't like it very much, it didn't taste good, and the temuz employees were very polite. Thank you.

The staff is so kind and they are definitely generous when it comes to portion sizes. One of my favorite places to go!!

It’s ice cream. Nothing great. It was a hot day mid afternoon and had only two people working. One that did the cooking and one that worked the window and scooped. Will not go back.

We EXPLICITLY asked for extra sugar on our funnel cakes and it came with barely any. This is the only thing I was looking forward to today and now it is ruined, and when I called they rudely hung up with no attempt to reconcile. I am heartbroken and angry. This is what you call extra sugar? Absolutely infuriating. I will be telling everyone I know to never come here, Because this has actually completely ruined an already bad day and made it WORSE. It’s overly doughy and tough in some parts and too crunchy in others. Worst funnel cake I’ve ever had. This was Deeply disheartening and disappointing and I feel like we were totally ripped off. I wish my partner had checked the box before leaving because this is totally unacceptable

Grandson loves this place. Ice cream and food is good. The fellow patrons that go there are always friendly. Too bad its only during nice weather but thats the nature of the beast for them.

We go here at least twice a week with our 4 kids. We absolutely love it here it’s one of our favorite spots with the kids. They have delicious ice cream and the cheese steaks are SOOOOO GOOD. I also can’t eat mine with bread so they make it for me over fries and it’s just as good! They have a fenced in playground so the kids can play while you sit and watch! So nice! We love Janes
