When I ordered delivery they forgot to include two sides and I went in person the next day. There was an employee named mark that was very helpful and polite and he gave me the two sides.
The Store Mgr was very helpful on Tuesday 8-15-23 with my order. I was trying to order online and it wasn't going through, it kept giving us an error code and he was able to take my online order and bring it up in the store.I moved here from Tampa FL to Stroudsburg Pa, I am used to KFC closing at 10pm. Not 7pm, so trying to place the online order put me a few minutes past the 630p cut off and I'm assuming that's why we were getting the error code but again the Mgr was very...read full review

The staff was helpful and friendly. They were packed with orders so the food was delayed a bit, but that's not their fault. They did what they could do. They do charge for extra sauce if you need them, though we weren't initially given the amount on our receipt, they just gave them to us.
