The food here isn't the worst I've had, but it was pretty bad. The pickles were lost in the meat and extra bread. The middle piece of bread seems to be growing, while the meat seems to be shrinking. If they included more pickles and lettuce it might not feel so heavy. I always liked how McDonald's includes enough pickle/lettuce/greens to brighten the flavor. These didn't have that bright punch I think of when I think McDonald's. The chicken sandwich was the same, too much sauce, not enough of that same McDonald's flavor. The employees were okay, they don't seem to care at all, just getting through the day cant wait to get home. Just friendly enough to get you done and out. I'd go to the one by the KFC if I were you. They're better, not the best, but significantly better than here.

This place is always problematic. Almost always something wrong with the order.
Tonight is no exception. Walked in to order inside for my wife and I. Crew joking loudly while it took way too long to get my food...long enough to where 2 of the staff asked if I needed to order or not.
They're all joking. I ordered a 2 cheeseburger meal, a double quarter pounder with cheese meal, 10 piece nuggets and a hot fudge sundae extra hot fudge. Took forever like I said and the sundae comes out with all the hot fudge on top of the ice cream that basically filled the cap. They remade it for me but when they came back with the new one they ask....is this better for you? Yeah, the way it's supposed to be made is better for me. Come on.
Then I start to drink the soda on the way home....flat and watered down as can be.
Get home and the 2 sauces I chose for the nuggets aren't in the bag.
Double and triple check EVERYTHING from there. Maybe if they treat it more like they're at work and not hanging at a house party details wont be missed and item will be made correctly.

For a McDonald’s right off of a highway, this place was a disaster. 1 single stall in the bathroom for a line waiting to be used. And there were 4 families total ordering food. So far as I’m writing this, it’s been 18 minutes since we ordered, and still haven’t gotten our food. The manager was hanging out talking to friends in the lobby while everyone was waiting for food. Would not return to this place. Very poor management and time management.

All burgers made incorrectly and all items served lukewarm / day old cold. Staff could care less when made aware. Location used to be top-notch years ago, sadly, no more. Waste of money.
