food is good but are all mcdonald’s employees rude and ignorant? went through the drive-thru & had to park and go inside because something was forgot with my order ( simple mistake ) but heard multiple employees say “ why is he standing there “ when i went up to the counter to wait to be helped … how about come and find out why im up here instead of just standing there on your phone

I waited 7 minutes in a parking spot for a cold burger and fries. I just don’t get why I waited for cold food. Nothing was hot. I just can’t comprehend why I waited for cold food, not like warm or room temperature.

For as late as it was and not as busy it was, the wait was entirely too long. My food is all cold. The double cheeseburger I ordered for my wife looked like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for the past few hours. The fries had hair all over them. My daughters chicken nuggets weren't cooked all the way and still had raw dough on them. I will never be visiting this mcdonalds again. Nor do I think anyone else should. If I could give it less than a one star review I would...x 1 million.
Has gone downhill tremendously. Last two orders my kids got, one had an actual wire in the french fries container (!!!) and the second one we were asked to pull up to wait for chicken nuggets, waited nearly 20 minutes. Finally got someone’s attention and were handed an ice cold bag of food that clearly had been sitting because they had forgotten about us. I would avoid and go to the next McDonald’s down the road if I were you.
