I had a disappointing experience at Popeyes on Stroudsburg 611. The service was extremely slow; I waited over 20 minutes for my order, even though the restaurant wasn’t busy. When I finally received my food, it was incorrect, and the staff showed little interest in resolving the issue. The employees seemed unorganized and inattentive, leaving me feeling frustrated. While the food quality was decent, the poor service overshadowed the experience. Better staff training and a more efficient order process are necessary to improve customer satisfaction. This visit left me reconsidering whether I’ll return in the future.

We ordered $64.00 worth of dinner here tonight but when one of my kids ask for barbecue sauce the owner said they can give only 2 barbecue sauce for 16 pc dinner and few napkins with 16 pc chicken dinner it’s sucks not to give out couple more sauces with 16 pc chicken dinner and a courtesy cup for water How cheap is the owner of this restaurant it’s unbelievable where is the hospitality? But the owner is not looking at the big picture of the business she’s too busy saving the sauces for her inventory and food cost but Over all the young man who took our order was very professional he greeted us as soon as we walked in the restaurant with a warm smile he did lot of suggestive selling he made us and my kids very special tonight he is one the big assets for this restaurant he should be recognized by the owner of this place (Greddy J outstanding job Put

I feel like the food quality has gone downhill lately. You also have to wait in the drive-through for a long time most of the time; no matter what time of day.

They can do better. They have done better. I just hope things change back to the way it was. I love Popeyes. I would just like a better experience.

This Popeyes location on N.9th St. in Stroudsburg , PA is consistently managed poorly, particulary during lunch hours. On October 30, the manager (male) interrupted my paid order to address a worker's question, requiring me to repay when another staff member took over. After submitting a complaint, I suspect the manager deactivated my rewards and offers, as they were inaccessiable on November 6. As a loyal customer without issues elsewhere, I intend to report this manager's behavior and attitude to upper management, cosistently marked by rudeness and unwelcoming.

The chiken has no salt awful.

Ordered non spicy honey lemon pepper wings and I received spicy honey lemon pepper wings. Manager says he can't change it. Order was placed on mobile app, apparently they have false advertisement on their app and they choose not to take responsibility for it. WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN.

Unorganized crew. Food wasn’t ready I had to leave the drive thru and park. When the food was brought out all sauces were forgotten. Went inside to get them no apologies. Went back to the car and no utensils for the sides either.
