Went to store today to pick up my orders 10 pcs meal and 16 pcs meal put spicy chicken received mild then their reply is to bring back chicken after we got home not paying attention to what is on our bill that store is not managed the right way because everytime you go there it's like you have to check your order.
I went to the Popeyes in Phillipsburg ,NJ and the staff is really nice and on point. I got a chicken sandwich of course and it was fried so perfect. If you are a fried chicken person , you'll understand. My frozen lemonade was 10/10. Honestly the only thing I didn't like was that I ate all my food. (Sob) so a few days had passed and I went to the local one near me and its as if the team from the first store came over to Stroudsburg Pa . For that I was extremely grateful. I have since signed up for the app which gives out free meals just for signing up. It also makes check out and meal selection extremely easy. I actually have to go now , to POPEYES!!!!

I was waiting for a delivery for 15 minutes. There was no one in the self-service and 6 workers. My order was a single item, nothing more. I went 2 times to see if the order was ready and nothing. Terrible service. It's not the first time it happens. There is no good administration

You can purchase a deal w Popeyes only if u pay w some type of prepayment card..
Why? Y can pickup your own meal because delivery is TOO FAR but u can't get any deal. What's w CASH...it still works and w/o any interest or worries that the $ is there...?
Usually they treat their delivery people ie Uber Eats and DoorDash people fairly but they have one manager woman there who makes it a case for me to show her my phone to confirm orders while she let's others skip me and get their deliveries without confirmation from this same manager. I'm not one to play the race card, but something's not right. I've done hundreds of deliveries for them, and never had any issue until today.

The employees & manager are completely rude, unprofessional & scammers. I have been coming to this location for about 2 weeks for lunch. Yesterday I tried placing my order online, like I always do, but was charged & the funds came out of my bank account but I didn’t receive a confirmation for my order like I normally do. I called the restaurant & was told that when this happens, customers get their money back within seconds, to just try placing my order again. I asked the gentleman if he is sure about this, because I do not want to have an issue & to be charged twice. He said he is positive. I tried again & the same thing happened. I called again & got the same employee & asked him if he sees anything on his end concerning my order. He said no within seconds, I asked if he is positive then he put me on hold, came back & said no he does not see anything. I asked if I try a third time if I will be getting my funds back & he said within in a few minutes I should. After the third try, I received a confirmation number & my order was placed according to them. Today when I checked my bank account, it was charged & POSTED to my account 3 different times. I called the restaurant again & it was the same employee that answered the phone because I recognized his voice. I told him that I never received my money back & I need a refund. He told me he couldn’t do anything about it. I said you guys charged me 3 times for 1 order… there needs to be something done about me receiving a refund. He told me I need to call customer service & because “I placed the order on the website, I need to call the website”… I tried looking up Popeyes customer service phone number, but they are only able to provide you with a virtual chat for virtual support. I couldn’t type what happened because they have prefilled responses for you to choose from. But they showed me my 3 previous orders, which all occurred within minutes of each other yesterday. I called the restaurant again & asked to speak to the manager. That was a dead end as well because she was beyond rude. She said she cannot do anything about it, that I have to call customer service, they cannot do anything about it at the store. I told her when I call customer service, I’m not able to speak with someone. The virtual chat showed me my last 3 transactions, that has your restaurant location, number & the date & time, so you can give me a refund. She then continued being rude & wouldn’t let me get a word in saying I have to call Louisiana then & that this happens all the time. I’m sorry, but if this happens all the time then you guys need to come up with a better system & should be able to help customers resolve this issue. You should also hire professional employees. I have been coming to this location for a while now, but I will never do so again.

Well the pieces are on the small size but not once in a while- the people that work thier just need to slow down and listen better by they are very nice
