I love Wendy's, but the one worker there Brianna is so rude. She has an attitude every time I come here. Other people I've talked to have had similar experiences. She's used inappropriate language to suggest one of the workers she was training has a mental handicap, the things she said was so vulgar I won't even write it down for this review. Until she no longer works here I cannot justify going back to this establishment.

I was in picking up just a Frosty and some fries and the manager Tracy was so incredibly rude to her employees who apparently were not moving fast enough. I made sure to tell the cashier it was okay. He was busy waiting on his first customer who should have been his first priority. She kept telling him to hurry up and even yelled at another employee in the back. Does not seem like a good atmosphere to work for I feel bad for her employees

Every single time they put EVERYTHING on my sandwiches when I asked for three simple things. meat, cheese, and bun. Where do they get mayo, mustard, tomatoes, etc from that? I swear at this point its just ignorance.

Hands down the worst experience at any fast food restaurant. I'm unaware of what the actual issue was, but we walked in and there were only four people in there. They already ordered and were waiting for their food. We ordered our food for dine-in and proceeded to wait 20 minutes for a couple of hamburgers. They put our fries on the tray five minutes after we ordered, so by the time the burgers were done, the fries were ice cold. Everyone who came in behind us experienced the same wait and I heard someone tell the drive thru it was a 10-15 minute wait for food. I didn't ask for warm fries because I didn't want to have to wait anymore and the poor kid at the register was getting harassed by everyone else tired of waiting for their "fast food". We ate our burgers and cold fries and left.

Exceptional visit this Halloween. They were short-staffed, so the wait was a bit longer than usual, but David (the Manager) was kind and conscientious, approaching the predicament with a patient, generous spirit. Dining area was clean, food was fresh and delicious. Highly recommend this Wendy's! ?

Drive thru visit. Eating on the go. Fries were HOT ? Nacho burger made Hubby happy. I had the #1 Dave's burger. I, too, was happy with our meal. Service was convenient, amiable, fast and correct.Kid-friendliness: Great options for kids.
