Service is really good, arrived and a kind young gentleman (I wonder if he was the manager, wish I could have gotten his name) was ready to help us out. Cake was delicious, you made my daughter’s bd a success, thank you so much for the coffee and the donut as well!

I was not expecting much when visiting this spot. However, the staff turned out to be much friendlier than more premium ice cream offerings in the area. I found the flavors of ice cream to be more enjoyable as I haven't been at an American Baskin Robbins in over a decade.I was very pleasantly surprised and will certainly visit again.

This place is horrible. Stopped for a coffee and ice cream for the kids. So much confusion! No one was attending the ice cream. People stood several minutes without being acknowledged. And they're overpriced- $9.94 for two cake cones with 1 scoop of ice cream.

I have ordered so many ice cream cakes here. Never a problem. Until my custom cake wasn't there at pick up. They either never made it or someone picked it up...who happened to have the same name?I had to take a ready made cake with an additional ice cream pie for the price of my custom cake. I was told they will speak to the store owner about compensation but it has been 1 week and never heard back.

Shareese (May of spelled that wrong but I apologize!) was super helpful and understanding with my order. I called this store in hopes of finding an ice cream cake and he was sooo nice! 3 other local Baskin Robbins stores turned me down in the rudest way possible even though I could still place an online order for the cake I was looking for. The other stores told me that if I placed the order they were going to call and force me to cancel it (which is absolutely absurd to me) some of the stores even had their doors shut so no one could come in. Shareese was so nice and helpful and even offered me a free coffee for my troubles and I still got the cake with a smile from the other employees there! That’s what I call awesome customer service and spreading holiday joy!

Only been to this Baskin Robbins once but I had a very enjoyable experience. It’s connected to a Dunkin’ Donuts so it’s not a full ice cream shop but they have most of what a full Baskin Robbins would have. Their premium hand dipped ice creams of a great variety of flavors, ice cream cakes, and more. Very good ice cream.
Staff were very attentive , nice, professional but I thought the prices were a bit high. They charged $4 for 1 scoop of ice cream on a cone ??and $8 for a medium shake ?. They do have a variety of ice cream flavors and options to choose from. It is combined with Dunkin so that it a bonus if one wanted an iced coffee ☕️or some donuts ???♀️.
