This bakery is incredible. Haven’t tried an item I didn’t like. The owner, Robert, takes pride in his craft and I say craft because he’s a true baker and expert in this space. A true gem in Swarthmore. Check it out!
First time in and the baked goods are amazing! I especially enjoyed the chicken salad croissant! Definitely check this place out!
Finally made the trip but only got to try -bacon and caramelized
onion flatbread, Auntie’s chicken salad on a croissant, a Bavarian pretzel, key lime bar, cheese cake,carrot cake, double ginger cookies, chocolate cookies, and chocolate babkah
Based on such a small sample size we can only rate it -OMG!!!

Pastry Pants Bakery is a wonderful little bakery in Swarthmore. The pastries are pretty good, though a little sweeter than some tastes. The selection is always enjoyed, particularly the ham and cheese croissants, chocolate cream filled beignets, cinnamon rolls, and the buche de Noel (Yule log) at Christmas time, which is a masterpiece. The fruit fillings are much more nuanced in flavor than what you might expect from other bakeries. A treat from here feels like a visit to grandma's kitchen, pure joy. The bakery mixes it up with international pastries like Portugese pasteis de nata and British pasties. The staff are friendly and the service is wonderful. Customers recommend getting pastries and walking around the neighborhood, or dropping by to enjoy a real treat. Just bring cash to avoid a 3% credit card fee.
