Thank you Tio for all your help. He was extremely helpful, respectful, and accommodating during the day shift on 9/16/26. Unlike the night manager on 9/15/26, who was rude and dismissive. She could really benefit from some customer service training. I feel sorry for anyone that has to ask her for assistance with an order.

Nick is the man! Me and my son who's autistic frequent this location when we are hanging out. One evening we walked in 8 minutes prior to closing and the place was empty. A girl said in a rude tone, no more orders. I looked at my watch and before I could say anything, Nick said in a very respectful tone; I can wait on you sir. What could have escalated to a corporate or regional issue was deescalated by a thoughtful young man! Thanks again Nick!
