Service is really good, arrived and a kind young gentleman (I wonder if he was the manager, wish I could have gotten his name) was ready to help us out. Cake was delicious, you made my daughter’s bd a success, thank you so much for the coffee and the donut as well!
I was not expecting much when visiting this spot. However, the staff turned out to be much friendlier than more premium ice cream offerings in the area. I found the flavors of ice cream to be more enjoyable as I haven't been at an American Baskin Robbins in over a decade.I was very pleasantly surprised and will certainly visit again.
Shareese (May of spelled that wrong but I apologize!) was super helpful and understanding with my order. I called this store in hopes of finding an ice cream cake and he was sooo nice! 3 other local Baskin Robbins stores turned me down in the rudest way possible even though I could still place an online order for the cake I was looking for.
