BEST water ice AND ice cream in Philly and around!!! I live in the city and can’t wait to get off from work (near chubby’s) to get my Gelati. So far I’ve tried pineapple mango and candy fish and they are all so delicious, not overly sweet and don’t taste artificial. The vanilla ice cream, is so creamy milky and flavorful that you’ll never want to go back to soft serve. Seriously this is so good. They have little tables in front of the shop where you can sit relax and enjoy your treat. The staff is kind and respectful.

“Always a good time to get ice cream! They can have a long line sometimes, depending on time of day and of course weather. But they are still quick and I'm surprised at how quickly I move through the line. They call you to the window, as they hand out orders through the same window. Be prepared to hear what you ordered yelled out, they will take other orders through the window to keep things moving. Limited seating but most people take it and leave or walk. There's a bench on the corner at the light. It would be nice if they added a second trash can up that way at the edge of the parking lot since there's a spot no cars can park. Overall highly recommend, we've converted friends to coming here too. The fall flavors are all great, and they have a ton of different options to get.“

Never have I seen almost every guest request seconds. Even the kids were begging for more! Ordering on line was a breeze, with many more options than I imagined. Above all, from the online order to licking the last bit of icing off the plate, I was kept informed about how to keep it at the appropriate serving temperature (it has been very warm lately), when the cake could be picked up, etc. by text messages. “First time here. Icebox Frozen Treats is really good. Water ice, pizza pretzel, sausages, ice cream all taste great! The prices are affordable with a variety of treats on the menu as well as specials. The customer service is top notch & you can sit inside & enjoy the A/C on a hot day. “My family and I typically visit the Folsom location—however we drove by and they were extremely packed (like, line all the way to the road packed!), so we decided to drive to this location instead, since it’s only a short distance. I’m so glad we did! Only one customer was there! And i’m not sure why, as the customer service was great, they have plenty of seating, a nice size/accessible parking lot, AND they have a drive-thru!“
