“Luckily we got here just before a long line formed. After first glance at their menu we noticed they offer quite a variety of items, flavors and they're really resonably priced. We tried the soft pretzel and the strawberry banana flavor which was good but I couldn't really taste the banana. They accept cards for payment but you must spend $5 or more in order to do so. My wife's first real water ice was at the original South Philly location on Oregon Ave, then we found Havertown.Pops is by far the best water ice I have ever had, and I've been enjoying Pops since I was a kid. However, the line moved fast.My younger son ordered the mint chocolate chip ice cream and my older son tried the moose tracks. (I took a taste of both)The mint chocolate chip was so delicious, it reminded me of ice cream I got from a little candy shop up in Northern Wisconsin when I was a kid. “Omg!!!! I found this place by accident today. Walker over to it from the far side of the lot expecting to see a pizza place. Walker inside and it literally can't get anymore basic. A few tables and folding chairs. Over the place was clean and the bathroom was very clean. Now for the important part. They served me up the best chorizo tacos I have ever had! Good authentic Mexican tacos served with radish I put some of their house made hot sauce on the tacos and it was heaven. This is one of the hidden gems that you rarely find. I'll be back for sure !!!! I should also mention the service was great the nice lady behind the counter was very pleasant.“

“I was out at the Home Depot in Broomall and was taking West Chester Pike home and came across this Rita's and decided to stop off. I went up to the window and looked at their menu. I was surprised to see they had a variety of custard flavors including mint, birthday cake along with the usual vanilla and chocolate. I decided to try the birthday cake custard in a medium cup. It came out to a little over $3, which I found to be fairly reasonable and it came out very fast. There was not much seating other than a few benches in the back, which were filled. However, they had a nicely sized parking lot that you could walk around and enjoy your sweet treat at. Altogether, this is a nice Rita's with a variety of water ice and custard flavors with good customer service.“
“My children came up to Chester to visit me and of course they wanted water ice being we are from Florida(St.perersburg)to be exact and we have flips and Moo Moo's which are water ice( fla style) and the flips are kool aid with fruit inside and frozen and they come in All flavors and the Moo Moo's are SOOOO delicious and during the summer which is like ALL year in St.pete it's hott and nothing hits the spot like a ice cold flip to keep you cool and hydrated so if you ALL ever visit you will see the signs everywhere in the neighbourhoods so stop in and make yourselves at home to THE SUNSHINE state and enjoy. “My family and I typically visit the Folsom location—however we drove by and they were extremely packed (like, line all the way to the road packed!), so we decided to drive to this location instead, since it’s only a short distance. I’m so glad we did! Only one customer was there! And i’m not sure why, as the customer service was great, they have plenty of seating, a nice size/accessible parking lot, AND they have a drive-thru!“

“Shareese (May of spelled that wrong but I apologize!) was super helpful and understanding with my order. I called this store in hopes of finding an ice cream cake and he was sooo nice! 3 other local Baskin Robbins stores turned me down in the rudest way possible even though I could still place an online order for the cake I was looking for. The other stores told me that if I placed the order they were going to call and force me to cancel it (which is absolutely absurd to me) some of the stores even had their doors shut so no one could come in. Shareese was so nice and helpful and even offered me a free coffee for my troubles and I still got the cake with a smile from the other employees there! That’s what I call awesome customer service and spreading holiday joy!“
