When I arrived the employees were working out of 2 windows and serving pick up orders while another employee would be taking orders in the other window. “Arctic Delights is a must-visit for anyone with a sweet tooth! Their desserts are always fresh and delicious, but the mini pancakes are my absolute favorite—they’re hard to find done right, and they nail them every time.

“As somebody who can't have dairy, it's extremely difficult to find ice cream I can eat, let alone SOFT SERVE!!! This place is a godsend. The vegan vanilla is super delicious and they have a wide variety of topping options for extra flavor. My husband is a big fan of their regular, dairy-full soft serve too. Love this place!!“

“I ordered an ice cream cake for a family birthday gathering this past Sunday. This was without a doubt the best ice cream cake I have ever tasted/served. Never have I seen almost every guest request seconds. Even the kids were begging for more! Ordering on line was a breeze, with many more options than I imagined. The cake was beautiful and professionally decorated. Above all, from the online order to licking the last bit of icing off the plate, I was kept informed about how to keep it at the appropriate serving temperature (it has been very warm lately), when the cake could be picked up, etc. by text messages. “First time here. Icebox Frozen Treats is really good. Water ice, pizza pretzel, sausages, ice cream all taste great! The prices are affordable with a variety of treats on the menu as well as specials. The customer service is top notch & you can sit inside & enjoy the A/C on a hot day. “Very popular ice cream joint famous for their water ice especially. They have unique flavors of water ice such as sweetish fish, peach, dragonfruit, pear, blue raspberry, tangerine, cotton candy, and more. The really unique ones such as dragonfruit and pear come and go, they don’t stay permanently like the cherry and blue raspberry kinds so keep that in mind if you ever go and don’t see it on their menu“

The cookies themselves are always fresh, warm, and generously sized. You can tell there's real care put into their presentation and consistency. I paid 10 for a medium bowl. I think I’ll stick to a regular frozen ice cream cone for $2.50.🤣 it’s the kind of thing you do when you’re on holiday so now I understand why we don’t have one back home.“

“They went above and beyond to make my 19 year old grandson’s Christmas. He could have asked for many things for Christmas and probably gotten them. He said he wanted what he’d been asking for, for a few years, Cry Baby Ice Cream. It was a core memory from middle school that he’s not forgotten. Life gets in the way and not until a few days before Christmas did my daughter reach out to Rich at Rosati Ice to see if we could make this happen for him. The day Before Christmas Eve my daughter and I drove 4.5 hours from Virginia to get Cry Baby Ice Cream. Even though the company was busy with their Christmas Party, employee Nick took time away to come over to the store so we could get the product. Rich’s generosity and thoughtfulness is top notch. Of all the gifts my grandson received, the Cry Baby Ice Cream put the biggest smile on his face.“

“Went to this DQ with my mom and dad in the 60s and 70s. We always sat on the side seating areas. Left the area in the 80s but returned to this location in early 90s with my daughter. A great experience. Looking forward to visiting next year!“
