When I arrived the employees were working out of 2 windows and serving pick up orders while another employee would be taking orders in the other window. The prices are affordable with a variety of treats on the menu as well as specials. The customer service is top notch & you can sit inside & enjoy the A/C on a hot day. “I ordered an ice cream cake for a family birthday gathering this past Sunday. This was without a doubt the best ice cream cake I have ever tasted/served. Never have I seen almost every guest request seconds. Even the kids were begging for more! Ordering on line was a breeze, with many more options than I imagined. The cake was beautiful and professionally decorated. Above all, from the online order to licking the last bit of icing off the plate, I was kept informed about how to keep it at the appropriate serving temperature (it has been very warm lately), when the cake could be picked up, etc. by text messages. What a pleasant experience. Recommending this to all my local friends and neighbors. What a treat!“

They have unique flavors of water ice such as sweetish fish, peach, dragonfruit, pear, blue raspberry, tangerine, cotton candy, and more. The really unique ones such as dragonfruit and pear come and go, they don’t stay permanently like the cherry and blue raspberry kinds so keep that in mind if you ever go and don’t see it on their menu“

“Crumbl in Broomall is always a treat! The store itself is bright, clean, and inviting, and the staff are consistently friendly and quick. The cookies themselves are always fresh, warm, and generously sized. You can tell there's real care put into their presentation and consistency. Great spot for a quick dessert run or picking up a box for a get-together. Highly recommend the Broomall location if you're craving something sweet!“

He said he wanted what he’d been asking for, for a few years, Cry Baby Ice Cream. It was a core memory from middle school that he’s not forgotten. Life gets in the way and not until a few days before Christmas did my daughter reach out to Rich at Rosati Ice to see if we could make this happen for him. The day Before Christmas Eve my daughter and I drove 4.5 hours from Virginia to get Cry Baby Ice Cream. Even though the company was busy with their Christmas Party, employee Nick took time away to come over to the store so we could get the product. Rich’s generosity and thoughtfulness is top notch.
