They could have easily said ‘No, don’t have it!’. They promised me they would get what they needed to make it and did not disappoint. They made myself and my Phillies loving mother very happy! Above all, from the online order to licking the last bit of icing off the plate, I was kept informed about how to keep it at the appropriate serving temperature (it has been very warm lately), when the cake could be picked up, etc. by text messages. And I was so glad that she did it was so delicious and you can tell that the ice cream was freshly made with pieces of strawberry cheesecake in it. He said he wanted what he’d been asking for, for a few years, Cry Baby Ice Cream. It was a core memory from middle school that he’s not forgotten. Life gets in the way and not until a few days before Christmas did my daughter reach out to Rich at Rosati Ice to see if we could make this happen for him. The day Before Christmas Eve my daughter and I drove 4.5 hours from Virginia to get Cry Baby Ice Cream. Even though the company was busy with their Christmas Party, employee Nick took time away to come over to the store so we could get the product. Rich’s generosity and thoughtfulness is top notch. Of all the gifts my grandson received, the Cry Baby Ice Cream put the biggest smile on his face.“

I’m so glad we did! Only one customer was there!
