Best water ice in Philly...hands down! I typically find that most water ices are tremendously sugary, but there's a difference here (you can taste the quality). I was even offered a free pretzel with each of my water ice orders, (what a plus). I wanted cheese on my pretzel and received it in a styrofoam container, (major plus). Great customers service and clean environment. Would totally recommend!
