I've been ordering the lunch specials from Papp's Pizza and it's pretty ok, so I decided to try the Large Pepperoni pizza advertised as 14 Inches. When I picked it up, it looked small, so I measured it- it was only 12 inches, a medium, yet I was charged for a large.
Papp's Pizza- you have to do better!!
Don't charge customers for a large and give them a medium. That's not right.

10/10 you’ll get me again THANK YOU SARA Went into pappos had an amazing dinner! She was friendly and checked in on my table a great amount of times, gave good suggestions on topping. Food was fresh and ice cream was frozen!! I really enjoyed my time there. Definitely coming and asking for her next time!!!
The experience was delightful. Great customer service, food was delicious and price reasonable

Papp's Pizza offers delicious pizza, with some customers praising the quality and taste, particularly of the Hawaiian pizza. The food is always fresh and full of flavor, and is prepared quickly so customers get their orders on time. The staff are consistently warm, welcoming, and genuinely pleasant, creating a friendly atmosphere. If there is ever an issue with an order, the staff are quick to apologize and make it right. Customers appreciate the good prices and the fact that the food is done when they arrive. However, service has been described as needing improvement, with concerns about the owner's attitude and the inability to see the pizza before purchase. Overall, Papp's Pizza remains a popular neighborhood option for pizza enthusiasts, offering quality food and a welcoming environment.
