I’m a coffee person and I like my coffee to strong but not sour. They make really good coffee and bagels are very delicious!

So this is a tough post. I love supporting my community and small businesses however the man who was working as the cook was extremely aggressive towards the women working the front. He called them children and said said he was very angry at them. At a time where is getting less and less welcoming for women to exist this was incredibly upsetting to hear and see as a customer. Unsure if I’ll be back

Lovely old-school atmosphere, except it was crowded and noisy. Also, we couldn't get an internet connection through the wifi. The food was good, but the menu was limited. Service was good, but there was no table service.

Reading the negative reviews and it seems I’m not alone. I walk up to the counter and I just get stared at, not a hello or good morning. Starbucks employees muster up a greeting at least. This has happened more than once and I was trying to give them a chance but no. I don’t know who is responsible for hiring but they must train or hire more pleasant people. These are the same people that want you to tip after giving you attitude and acting as if you’re bothering them.

Loved it! Was traveling through the area and this little coffee shop caught my eye. The team was very friendly, the cold brew was just how I like it, and the sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich was delicious! Would definitely come back!!

Great atmosphere, great coffee (they serve Reanimator), very bad at logistics. If you come and it's mostly empty it's probably fine, but at this point I walked out after waiting over 50 minutes since ordering, for one latte, while they continued to take new coffee orders faster than the one person on the espresso machine could make them. The barista wasn't particularly slow on individual drinks or anything, but most places have cashiers switch to helping with drinks when a certain level of backlog is hit...

The service was really slow. Watch the guy behind the espresso bar he did look very flustered and was not putting the shot glasses all the way under so not all the espresso was going in drinks.

Two of the people behind the counter were audibly laughing about how they burnt my breakfast sandwich yet they proceed to serve it anyway. As other reviews indicate, that appears to be the new quality standard here; Knowingly Charred.
