Subpar hibachi, Ive had much better for better prices as well. The servers took at least 20 minutes to come out, management is extremely unhelpful and rarely to be found. Wasn’t a horrible experience however I would not recommend it. There’s much better restaurants in the area.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! WORST HIBACHI RESTAURANT I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! First of all, my husband and I came with our four year old daughter for her birthday lunch. She loves hibachi. 1. They have lunch HOWEVER they don't offer it to youunless you ask. Found this out at the end of the meal when I asked our waiter Peter. He was hesitant to answer at first and blew it off like it wasn't a big deal. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Our meals would've been cheaper which meant less of a tip for his undeserving pocket. 2. Our bill was $175 for two New York strip hibachis, a child's chicken hibachi, two sodas, and a $6 non alcoholic strawberry daiquiri for my daughter. This place has the audacity to add a 20% gratuity to your bill for undeserving staff. Our waiter was unfriendly and barely seen. He grabbed our initial order, brought us drinks twice, and then the check. We were his only table!!! I worked in the service industry as a waitress. The least you could do is smile and check on your customers regularly to ensure they are satisfied. If this place wants fair wages for their staff then they need to rethink their business model and retrain the staff. I would love to do the bare minimum for an hour to get $27. 3. I could've paid half the price for better quality and better service at other hibachi places. My daughter was so disappointed in the chefs performance. She loves when they interact and he had no personality. It was as if he was a robot working on an outdated script. Her favorite part is when they squirt saki, or what she thinks is saki. It's really just water. This place doesn't do that. They make you wait 30-40 minutes for the chef to come out just to rush through a scripted performance and then rush you to finish your food. Ridiculous! 4. Lastly, management is never seen. Again, the place is dead. They could at least walk over to customers and ask about their experience or you know, manage the staff to make sure they are working to the highest standard and not hide behind the scenes. First and last time I will ever step foot in this place. What am absolute joke.

The food is very good, well presented and the chefs are great. The rest of the staff not so good and I question some of their rules made by management. Went here twice this year for company events and both were subpar. One of our guests were travelling from the Philly area and stuck in traffic - they refused to seat any of the other 10+ guests. They also restricted us to a particular table when there were plenty of open stations. This last time, we didn't fill our entire party and understood they had to charge us, but they could have made those orders to go and only gave us a few extra proteins. Service was slow, we had to repeat orders multiple times, i.e. they took my glass of water before the main course and never returned with a new one, we had to walk to the bar to order our drinks, we had to remind them to give us our desserts. I don't like that they auto add gratuity at 22%. Even then, the waitress repeatedly (about 4x) stated she only gets half of that and where we could add more tips for her. She made close to $400 in tips for 2 hours of bad service and asked for more! I won't ever go back there again. The extra stars are for the food and the chefs. Extremely expensive for the area.

Overpriced compared to any other hibachi place , food portions are minimal. Not worth it in my opinion.

We recently hosted an early Christmas celebration for a group of twelve. Our chef provided delightful entertainment, which we all thoroughly enjoyed throughout our meal. While we had all ordered appetizers, they were unfortunately served at the same time as our hibachi main courses. It would have been more convenient to receive the appetizers before the main meal, as the table became quite crowded with plates. The waiter explained that the kitchen was experiencing a backlog, which contributed to the delay in serving the appetizers. As we were nearing the end of our meals, the staff began distributing containers for any unfinished food. I was still in the process of enjoying my meal and would have preferred to finish it at my own pace. The total bill for our party of twelve was $1600.00. The food was indeed delicious but we found it to be quite expensive. We felt rushed from our table and were not even offered any dessert. When we made the reservations we were promised a private table since we had such a large group and paid a 300 deposit for this. We were sat at a regular hibachi table in their main dining room with another family of 4 people. So what was reserved for us didnt happen. We had to have them correct the bill as they forgot to take off the $300 deposit.

Food was very subpar for the price, seating system for hibachi did not make sense. We came first and the waitress tried to seat us to the left/slightly behind the hibachi chef. This was frustrating, I don’t understand filling the seats from left to right because it means that people who come later get a better experience view wise. Mark was a great server and the drinks were good but apart from that the experience was average. For the price, the professionalism and atmosphere needs work.

Food was actually really good… BUT…
I have never in my life felt so rushed at a restaurant. The hibachi-style experience with the chefs is fun, but it was obvious they wanted us in and out as fast as possible. As soon as the food was done cooking, they brought out boxes—and we were asked 3–4 times if we were ready for them to pack up our meals while we were still eating.

My husband was going to order another drink, but honestly we didn’t even have time for that. For a bill over $300, being rushed like that completely ruined the experience.

We have a very similar place where we live with bigger portions, cheaper prices, and they never make us feel like we’re being pushed out the door.

ALSO! The hibachi meal is supposed to include soup and no one in our group or the group next to us received it…

Craving for sushi in the area and Google ad recommended, it was a such a disappointment. Sushi price was so overpriced, with this price you would expect some high end sushi taste but instead it taste like express sushi takeout at supermarket or mall. Using chopsticks the sushi falls apart right after u pick them up, the rice on the rolls are thick and hard. Not to mention it takes forever to make. Our server went missing and none of the coworkers seems to know where she went?! So when we ask for our check it was someone else's server that helped us. The place is nice and the atmosphere is great there's a big dance floor for parties, the hibachi tables seems to enjoy their time and food. I would not recommend this place for sushi.

Went there last night and the food and hibachi is really good, but this place honestly want to earn clean money. We had a 20% gratuity added to our bill (which is fine because the hibachi guys honestly deserved it), however, they ask for additional tip for the waiter... additionally they charged me $13 for a credit card charge

Another thing that is my opinion, a restaurant that charges $4.95 for sodas it should at least be coca cola NOT pepsi

We basically paid the card transaction, the hibachi people, and the waiter

These people really take out your money clean

Food was expensive, waiter rushed us to eat our food then 20% tip and asked for extra tip. What world do we live in, if you come to enjoy dinner with the family. Not to mention the water was tap water and not bottled. Waste of money at this resturant.

I completely get the atmosphere of a Hibachi Restaurant. A performance, interaction, laughs and Food. At the price the items are listed for, one would expect at a minimum, realistically some kind of satisfaction. I ordered the Lobster tail, I listened to the Chef perform all the top 40 songs of our Era and Over cooked this lobster. By the time I had it with my rice and noodles, it was rubber and uncomfortable to chew. Then the last serving was the grilled vegetables which was Charred black and dried. At this point, I didn't want to leave a bad review, but the prices made me do it. I'm sorry my experience wasn't as top tier as others, I felt the need to be honest.
