Too expensive. Food is not exactly good. 2 adults and a 2 year old and they added 20% service charge in our bill. Will never return.

I wanna start this by saying the amount of the tip is not an issue at all, but me and my girlfriend went and ate sushi. We didn’t sit at the hibachi table and they added a 20% gratuity and then asked us for an additional tip I’ve heard of that for parties of eight or more, but I’ve never seen a restaurant for 20% tip on a party of two. I don’t see the hype with this place. The sushi was literally double the price and it was not anything extra.

STAY AWAY DO NOT GO !!! Where does it say %20 gratuity pay on the menu? They are charging extra %20 gratuity on top your damn BILL which is already $400 for 5 people. And they take the money for themselves ? Our waitress had to explain that with a sad face. But I still gave the waitress $100 for her extra being nice and standing waiting only our table. Yes place is nice looking and chefs are entertaining but almost all hibachis are SAME with entertainment and same food , lots of rice and steak chicken good portion but that %20 gratuity tip is deal breaker and for them to take money for themselves. That should go to WAITRESSES like everywhere else.NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN.I recommend everyone DONT GO to this place Unless they put the prices down and remove that SCAM of %20 gratuity tip they are stealing for their own pockets . No wonder Why they were able to build a elegant HOTEL next to them paying with the money they stealing. SHAME ON OWNER !!!

Walking into this place it was difficult to decide whether or not it was going to be a nice experience. We had a party of 3 and we went for hibachi. The place was decently packed for it being after 5pm which gave us hopes that the restaurant would be good. We were sat at a table with a large party and 2 other parties came in after us. We looked over the menu and knew what we wanted and as for the whole table, nobody had drinks yet. A person fromthe large party waved someone over and then they had to go get a waitress to take the order. The soup that came with the hibachi meals was decent but I think food wise that was one of the only good parts. Drinks came out and after everyone else got theirs, including the 2 others in my party, my drink was forgotten. Not a huge deal but still a little irritating. We ordered our food and then the chefs came out and started cooking. They were entertaining so kudos to them. I got the filet and teriyaki chicken. I must say, the teriyaki chicken was pretty tasty and the filet wasn’t undercooked so that is always a good thing. But that was about it for good words meal wise. The rice was lacking flavor and some pieces were hard and the vegetables did not have the best flavor, but that is just my opinion. I wouldn’t say the noodles were terrible, but they were not my favorite. Then we got to the bill. Let me just add, we tipped the chefs $20 after they finished cooking because they did a nice job. Our bill was over $200. Filet is expensive so that would have made sense as to why our bill would be higher. But no. An automatic 20% gratuity. So we really ended up paying $60 dollars in tips. It might have been understandable if the staff actually worked for said 20%, but they just stand around talking. At that point, we were ready to leave so we paid our bill and left. Unless you like mediocre food and to give gratuity to people who don’t even put a lick of effort into what they do, I would recommend avoiding this restaurant. Really disappointed in our experience.

Very rude staff, refused to sit you down if 3 people are 5 minutes away. You come with family and they make you stand and while the restaurant is empty.

Terribly over priced. It was a good meal ( we had hibachi and sushi rolls) . My daughter didn't want hibachi, just sushi. So we were reminded she had to spend more or we would be charged extra $20. It did say that in the menu , so I suppose that's that. But we were already spending a lot. Anyway....food was good , chief was funny and nice. Just way too expensive and they put the tip at 20% in your bill. I would have paid that anyway because my service was very good. But what if it wasn't? How awkward would that have been? My recommendation is, drive a little farther to Scranton area and pay half for same with a lot quieter atmosphere.

After asking politely to be seated in the middle for the experience they kept putting us in the corner and giving the seats to other people coming after us. I felt frustrated and disappointed on the service. I left and would not recommend spending your money where they refuse to accommodate seating request

No nice the chefs ask for tip when you are in the middle of your dinner. Inmediatly they finished with the show and cook ask for tip and the waitress ask you how do you want to pay…. Really? I just started my lunch, maybe I’m going to order something else… like drinks or dessert…..

As always, this is a delightful experience. The food is fabulous. Our chef was so friendly and enthusiastic. Our server Alin could not have been more accommodating and pleasant. We got to see our favorite server Maddie who had taken care of us in the past when we were at the sushi tables in the back. We make this trip from Philadelphia a few times a year because there’s no better sushi anywhere, and the customer service is extraordinary. I highly recommend this place for both special and everyday events.Parking: Plenty of space, well-lit, well- marked, easy access to the front door of the restaurant.

From the local paper:Inspected March 8. Inspector determined the person in charge did not demonstrate adequate knowledge of food safety. Inspector observed food stored directly on the floor in the walk-in cooler and walk-in freezer, rather than 6 inches off the floor; rice made the prior day not cooled to the correct temperature, (disposed of during the inspection); a black and pink mold-like substance on the interior surfaces of the ice machine and old food residue inside two microwave ovens; containers in the kitchen and bar area, used for storing sanitizers, chemicals and cleaners, not marked with the common name of the chemical; and daily documentation not being completed for HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) plan.
