Order two coffees they were great finally for once, but the food was half assed like every other time I go asked for extra cream cheese and I would say I got about a teaspoon of it on my bagel and for the avacadl toast I got I paid extra for bacon and didn’t get the bacon. Supper disappointed should checked the food before I left.

Edit: 6 years later and its still as bad as ever. Cant seem to ever get the order right and its not even a big order. Always giving the wrong coffees. I would refuse to spend my money here but its always the people im with that have to go here bc its the inly one on the way to where we go. If I could give a zero I would. I wrote this review 4 years ago and forgot about it until now when I came back to give it a 1 star. The employees are ignorant and nasty. I normally NEVER come here bc they never get my drink correct which is knky a charlie with cream and liquid sugar. Pretty easy. They allll have attitudes. I would definitely say avoid this place at all cost and go to mt pocono dunkin. They're awesome there.

This isn't my primary Dunkin in the area, but they're almost always reliable. I've never had an issue here that was within the employees' control to prevent.

I don’t understand why every time I go to this dunkin the drive thru line is extremely long and takes forever to get through when they have a decent amount of staff inside. I waited in the stupid drive thru line for 30 minutes today for 1 medium iced cookie butter cloud latte and I was over 30 minutes late to work because of it. There’s literally never been a time where I haven’t had to wait in a long line since the renovations happened. Then when you get to the window the workers are moving in like slow motion, absolutely no pep in their step at all as if they don’t know the line is almost out the parking lot. Something needs to change whether it be staff or whatever because before renovations, this was not happening as frequently.

Good evening Google Family. I visited today to purchase some decaf coffee, black with butter pecan. I also purchased some hash browns. The coffee tasted so delicious, after being in the room all night with no coffee. We have a coffee maker in the room, but a friend mentioned not to touch the coffee maker. You don't know when they cleaned it, or if at all. I decided to take their advice and not to drink the coffee in the room. A good experience here today. Have a great experience,work out, be healthy, fit and fabulous!!!!

Coffee missed on my order. Came back and had to wait for two people to get their orders before I got my coffee. Was still charged for the coffee despite the inconvenience and their error. Sandwich was not toasted and I didn’t end up eating it after all the issues. Never going back. Some of the worse customer service I have experienced. Hopefully some manager or owners read this and make changes.

Staff are rude and the speaker at the drive-through is Horrible Place my order and I got up to the window and check the order and the Croissant was not in the bag the guy at the window was talking to a female I think it was the manger She took Over the Drive-through from a female employee I guess the orders were getting messed up I told the guy at the window the Croissant was not in the bag He told me they do not take another order at the window. Meanwhile, I ordered it from the beginning at the speaker. But they would not take my order so I left I will not be going back to that Dunkin’ Donuts
