Good evening Google Family. I visited today to purchase some decaf coffee, black with butter pecan. I also purchased some hash browns. The coffee tasted so delicious, after being in the room all night with no coffee. We have a coffee maker in the room, but a friend mentioned not to touch the coffee maker. You don't know when they cleaned it, or if at all. I decided to take their advice and not to drink the coffee in the room. A good experience here today. Coffee missed on my order. Came back and had to wait for two people to get their orders before I got my coffee. Was still charged for the coffee despite the inconvenience and their error. Sandwich was not toasted and I didn’t end up eating it after all the issues. Never going back. Some of the worse customer service I have experienced. Hopefully some manager or owners read this and make changes.

Staff are rude and the speaker at the drive-through is Horrible Place my order and I got up to the window and check the order and the Croissant was not in the bag the guy at the window was talking to a female I think it was the manger She took Over the Drive-through from a female employee I guess the orders were getting messed up I told the guy at the window the Croissant was not in the bag He told me they do not take another order at the window. Meanwhile, I ordered it from the beginning at the speaker. But they would not take my order so I left I will not be going back to that Dunkin’ Donuts

Ordered a Medium Hot Coffee at drive thru 2 hours ago, got to the window, the girl took my card and said 3.81 with an iced coffee on the ledge.. I said I ordered a HOT medium coffee, so she proceeded to get the right coffee, but had already charged me 3.81, which I know was not the correct price!!! I knew it was 3.06, but she told me it was the same price as the iced coffee!! Liar!! Very dishonest and lazy, be careful, I'm sure other people are also being charged extra for their mistakes!! If there wasn't a line behind me, and I didn't have to pick up my granddaughter, I would have been inside!

I ordered dunkings meal deal the box didn't have stickers :( let's just say every bag or box going out should have napkins and ketchup if needed. Leave receipt with it too. I also got a almond crosaint let me tell you whomever baked in the morning you are the G.O.A.T ! So soft just how it should be my breakfast sandwich the same. You deserve a raise that's how it's done ! Okay and my drink it's made differently everytime I come one day it's sweet and the next it's not. same ingredients too.
