Ordered a Medium Hot Coffee at drive thru 2 hours ago, got to the window, the girl took my card and said 3.81 with an iced coffee on the ledge.. I said I ordered a HOT medium coffee, so she proceeded to get the right coffee, but had already charged me 3.81, which I know was not the correct price!!! I knew it was 3.06, but she told me it was the same price as the iced coffee!! Liar!! Very dishonest and lazy, be careful, I'm sure other people are also being charged extra for their mistakes!! If there wasn't a line behind me, and I didn't have to pick up my granddaughter, I would have been inside!

Your worker didn’t allowed to use restroom. She “advised” to go to the hotel which is cross the 4 line road . Or to the vision center.

I ordered dunkings meal deal the box didn't have stickers :( let's just say every bag or box going out should have napkins and ketchup if needed. Leave receipt with it too. I also got a almond crosaint let me tell you whomever baked in the morning you are the G.O.A.T ! So soft just how it should be my breakfast sandwich the same. You deserve a raise that's how it's done ! Okay and my drink it's made differently everytime I come one day it's sweet and the next it's not. same ingredients too.

everytime i come here the employees are without fail so incredibly rude. they make it seem like i’m an inconvenience for ordering from them and none of them seem to care about how they speak to guests. if you go here be prepared to be talked to disrespectfully!!

every time i come here they “can’t hear me” and make me shout. they also are just extremely rude and seem annoyed. i’d rather drive to a dunkin 20 minutes away than feel like im not wanted as a customer. there drive through is also so small, for a truck driver, good luck getting through.
Ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese. Bagel was smaller than a donut, had less than a teaspoon of cream cheese on it and was barely toasted (warm but not crispy). Go to Bagel N Go 5 minutes away instead if you want a bagel. Cheaper and MUCH higher quality bagels there (not too stingy on the cream cheese either).

I went today at 5:30 and the people turned off the lights and locked the doors. I will not be going to this establishment anymore. The hours indicate you are open & if you are closing early and you see a customer common courtesy is to just come out and let me know you are closing early.

The drive thru guy was so stingy with sugar packets. I order 4 creams 4 sugars and it always taste like no sugar is added therefore I need additional sugar to make my coffee. I’ve never experienced such animosity and resistance over sugar. As if I ordered inside there’s always a place take as much sugar as needed freely. What is the difference between handling a reasonable amount of sugar in drive thru compared to inside. Is this Dunkin’ going broke 😌 you know there’s something wrong when McDonalds is better in drive thru service compared to Dunkin’s. And they give out handful of sugars no hesitation

i placed a mobile order at 11:55 on thanksgiving and arrived at 12:01 to pick it up and they told me that the store closes at 12 (this wasn’t posted on google and it didn’t say that in the app.) Again, it was 12:01 and i said i had a mobile order that was already paid for and they just didn’t respond and locked the doors. Wouldn’t even talk to me and I already paid $12 for an order i’ll never see. Will be talking to corporate to hopefully get this resolved.
