Please excuse the condition of this meal. It was placed in front of a hungry man, lol. This place is a chill and cozy restaurant with a unique decor set up. Parking can be limited when it’s really busy. Be prepared to wait if you have a party of 4+ people. Restaurant has a good menu selection. I ended up ordering the sampler & pancakes. It came with 3 pancakes and a variety of meat selection which were all delicious. The pancakes were really good; flavorful, soft, and fluffy. They are not oversized as stated. I’ve had bigger pancakes from other restaurants at stated the same thing. The french toast looked good as well. Staff were really friendly as well. Definitely recommend this spot. This will be my go to spot whenever I’m in the area.

This place is cash only. That helps keep the food pretty cheap. The big old meat platter I got was only 15 bucks! The decor is cute and kitchy. They don’t have much in the way of a “store”. They sell some maple syrup, mugs and candy, but the staff is really friendly.

Wish I could give 6 stars. This is easily one of the best breakfasts ive had, full stop. If you are visiting Tobyhanna, DO NOT MISS THIS SPOT!!!!!

We had the biscuits and gravy, as well as the meat sampler with eggs. All of our food was super flavorful and cooked to perfection. You could tell that everything was make from scratch with fresh ingredients.

Service was very friendly and the decor was very charming.

I will definitely be returning. Thank you Hickory Valley Farm Restaurant for a delightful experience!

Charming spot, perfect for a hearty breakfast. We visited on a Sunday afternoon, after 12 PM, and the place was extremely busy. While the restaurant is heavily focused on pork dishes, which I’m allergic to and don’t eat, they do offer other options that were still quite tasty. The pancakes and bacon alternatives were delicious, and the staff were friendly and welcoming, creating a warm and homey atmosphere. The service was a bit slow due to the crowd, but the manager was so generous that after we had already paid the check, he gave us a chocolate orange muffin on the house. Overall, it’s a great place for a relaxed meal, and we’ll definitely be back!

5 stars is not nearly enough! Not only is the food delicious and decently priced, but everyone who works here is absolutely amazing. Every time I come up to the Poconos, I HAVE to stop in or else my trip won't be complete. My most recent trip here was great! Unfortunately, my car wouldn't start and it was just after they had closed, but 4 employees did what they could to find jumper cables and help me out so that I could start my 2 and a half hour drive home. I really can't say enough amazing things about this place.
Oh yeah, and they have the best creamed chipped beef I've ever had! And that's saying a lot because I've had that dish from dozens of diners and restaurants throughout NJ and eastern PA.

My husband and I ventured here with our bridal party after our wedding this weekend, and we cannot say enough about the owners and the food. I had an omlette that was served right in the pan, and it was huge! And so delicious. My husband had the chipped beef that was also a huge portion and so tasty. The entire staff were some of the kindest people we've ever met, and the owner Robert and his wife were absolute sweethearts. They rallied the entire restaurant behind them and cheered and clapped for us after hearing about our wedding. You have to check this place out while in the area! The food, the people, the atmosphere just make it feel like home.
