We sat down with our dog and I had my husband go inside to get us some drinks and possibly food. We were told a server would be out for us in a bit. We sat as more and more patrons came, all getting served and us overlooked. I gave up and left.
Also, came for PA pumpkin beer and ended up having my hometown beer so that was disappointing.

I have nothing negative to report about our visit to the Pocono Brewing Company today. Bartender/ Server Shannon was great. She covered the bar and tables outside the area. She was able to answer all questions about the beers, wines and food. Restrooms were clean and supplied. We tried a few different pizzas and all were very good, made in a wood fired oven. Not a huge palette of beers to pick from but I thought it to be a good variety. We enjoyed them and the Pinot wine which we took home. I would have to recommend giving them a try. As per my experience you will be pleased.đ đ

I ate here on Monday 7/21 around 12-1pm. It was just 2 adults. We got seated by an older grayed haired grandmother. Then the server (tall skinny dirty blonde haired guy with a baby face) came around after 5 mins to get our drink order (2 waters). The restaurant started filling up with patrons and specifically a big group with 4 children. After 20 full minutes, I saw the big group getting their food/appetizers before my table of only 2 was even asked for my appetizer order. Once he finally came around we ordered the appetizer and dinner at the same time (pbc sampler and a Margherita pizza). He did not ask if I wanted them both at the same time or wanted the appetizer first.
After another 30 full minutes, he came by with both dishes. I told him âitâs a bout time. Appetizers come out before the main dish kid.â I shouldnât have to teach this guy how to do his job. Once we ate, I left the payment on the table and we walked out right in front of the old grandmother and she didnât even flinch or acknowledge us to say bye. How rude! I want an apology and explanation as to why we were treated this way.

Avoid if possible. My wife and I were here on 12/08 and ordered wings. What was served to us were recooked rubbery wings. There is no way these were fresh. My guess is they were cooked previously (who knows when) and then refried when we ordered them. How do you serve old reheated food to people is disgusting. The men's bathroom was also freezing cold and filthy.

We really enjoyed visiting this beautiful place - loved the rustic oven - directly from Italy. The pizza was great tasting. The homerun was the Patron Margarita - uffâŠ!! Planning to return for revenge real soonâŠ!
We had our rehearsal dinner here the night before our wedding at Memorytown down the road and everything was great! Jean-Luc made the planning process easy and it was so nice having private space in their perfectly sized loft area for our 45 person event. The food was great & the staff was helpful and efficient! Would definitely recommend if youâre looking to host a private party. Weâve also eaten here a few times when weâve had to come in town for wedding planning and the food is always good and the beer selection is awesome too! Thanks again Jean-Luc & the rest of your team!

Stopped here for lunch today The food was horrible.Hamburger was only aloes to cooked well done and was not good the chips were bad the potato skins looked good on the plate but were hard couldnât eat it the beer tasted like chemicals will never go there again

We stopped in for a beer and to see what this place was all about. Well, the place was pretty dirty. Wet cardboard box on the bar floor, dirty dishes with food sitting around, broken tile flooring, and altogether the place just looked worn out and tired. Not to mention the staff audibly complaining. Beer was a solid 2 out of 5. My opinionâŠkeep driving.

My husband and I went in for a drink while we waited for our hotel room to be ready. My husband's bottled beer was warm, and the bar tender slammed it down. She continued to slam things down as she restocked the shelves. We watched her basically get annoyed over something and slam down a pizza to the people sitting next to us. They also had the look like us, did that just happen. I ordered wine, I watched her clean out the wine glass then wipe it down with a random towel at the bar. This does not seem sanitary to me. The glass smelled gross. It's ashamed because this place has potential. The outside space is beautiful. I'd recommend you speak with her staff and how they handle customers. Without slamming drinks and food down.

Had a very enjoyable experience at this brewery. They have an authentic Italian pizza oven and some really great pizza options. Havenât had much else there. Drink selection is good. Fabio our waiter was a lot of fun and very efficient. He Gave us a few samples of their made on the premises wine that were very good. Happy birthday Fabio, thanks for taking care of us!
