Wonderful dining experience with a stunningly beautiful dining room with ambiance cascading all around you with elegant touches of class from the seating to the wall sconces and the chandeliers to the under the bar illumination - just feels like a "big city" fine dining location. Our server Jessica was professional and offered us the correct portions of attention and privacy. The bartender was good but clearly over-worked as all in-door seating and some outdoor seating as well as near-by pool enthusiasts were in need of his services. The handcrafted cocktails are a bit on the pricey side, but their execution was flawless and offered a unique cocktail for just about everyone's taste. As an appetizer we fell in love with the old school table side Cesar salad (really old school, with the fresh lemon, garlic, anchovies and extra Locatelli cheese - and crisp romaine lettuce with croutons. Dinner was the center cut bone in pork chop served with broiled and tasty veggies. The fish we shared was perfectly cooked red-snapper served over a heaping serving of toothy risotto with summer squash. Delish.
1. Did not have Tito's vodka in stock 2. Caesar Salad tasted like mustard (way too much put in) When told, they did not offer a re-do 3. The risotto tasted more like regular rice, not creamy at all Overall, the between the quality and price of the food I will not be returning.
We spoke to the hostess and asked if we could be out of the restaurant within an hour and 15 minutes she indicated that would not be a problem We ordered immediately upon being seated and did not receive our food for an hour. The waitress did not stop back to see if we were in need of anything else. The manager came over at one point and ask how we were doing and we said we were waiting he said let me go check and he never came back. Then they credited the bill 15% but charged a 20% mandatory tip on the pre-credited amount. They just seem very tone deaf.
Excellent... quaint restaurant great service and food. A bit pricy but it's a higher end meal, so expected.
First, the food was very good even considering the high prices. Specifically, the Caesar salad tableside, lamb chops, NY strip and bone in pork chop were delicious. Unfortunately, the service was poor. It took 40 minutes to get a drink! Our server seemed stretched way too thin. The entire meal took 3 hours. I think they forgot about us as we were the only table seated outside. I was surprised when they seated us outside in the first place. The weather wasn't great but there was a heater that worked fine. There was also a firepit next to us with a loud group that made it hard for us to hear each other. Overall ambience was poor. Particularly, when you're paying this kind of money. Finally, they tacked on an automatic 20% tip! We were just a party of 4 so this didn't make sense to me. But at that point I was tired out and didn't want to fight it. Not recommended.
Very very nice.. Service was excellent and you were able to get whatever you needed. A bit pricey, found out it's a fairly new hotel. Yes... very nice.
A welcome addition to the area! What a beautifully designed space! Our server was friendly and attentive. The food was outstanding and the chef accommodated my allergy. Expect to pay NYC prices with drinks going at $21 and entrees at $44 and above. While expensive, we felt it was a wonderful and delicious dinner.
We went to Olivet for their advertised “Savor & Save Monday,” a prix fixe : 3 courses, 2 options each, $52.95++. No employee knew what we were talking about when we arrived. There were no printed menus for the promotion, no QR codes, nothing. We had to pass a personal cell phone around the table for perusal & ordering, each guest viewing a Facebook event that detailed the menu. Cocktails were fine, but expensive. $17 - $25 each. In Swiftwater. In May. On a Monday. The food was very good- fantastic flavors & seasoning, truly delightful. Great portion sizes, tender proteins, lovely presentation, everything fired to the desired temp. Desserts were also tasty, a feat for any restaurant. The bread was excellent, but sparse. When the table ordered more, we were told there was a small fee for additional bread. “No problem,” we said. This is commonplace for fully half of the restaurants I frequent: a $2-$3 charge for more bread. Olivet: $8.00. For five slices of bread. Again: high for the area, the season, the day. The wine was awful. Awful. White wines served warm. The incorrect red wine served and it was so, SO bad. No one could finish a glass, despite the modest pour. Service was very strange. We had a friendly server, but she rarely came to our table. We had to beg for water, no coffee or tea offered, and we waited and waited and waited for each course. We are grateful for the indulgence of separate checks, alas: they arrived on one tray, stacked up, for us to distribute. Which was confusing considering everyone had a “prix fixe” as their food choice. When we sorted it out, the change and CC slips returned to us also stacked up, for us to sort out. When you've added an automatic 20% gratuity to all bills (not just the separate checks, but the singular bar bill from our pre-dinner drinks), patrons shouldn't work so hard to give you their money. Note: we were only a party of 5. We will not return: bad wine, slow service, and the strange ambiance=not for us.
We dined here for Mother's Day. Let me caveat by saying I've been to many five star restaurants in many different cities before. And I've eaten at some of the best restaurants. But I am actually a local here, I live nearby. I was highly disappointed with the quality of ingredients used, especially for the Caesar salad. I was also highly disappointed that they served a stale dessert to my mother-in-law. My mother-in-law actually spoke up about that and the server did nothing about it. The bill was approximately $500 for four people and we did purchase alcoholic drinks so that added to the bill. I had high expectations for this place because it was supposed to be fine dining. The host was also not very helpful. They actually had a prefix Mother's Day menu stated online, and that went out the door once we arrived. When I inquired about it, I was left with just being ignored. That was the other disappointing part was that we got no answers when we asked about certain things. You shouldn't treat customers in such a dismissive way simply because you have fancy decor and your menu items are aggressively priced. The only good thing about this restaurant was the ambience, the decor, and the crème brûlée mango.
Fantastic new establishment. Dining with my wife for Mothers Day was an unexpected delight. The cuisine was so delicious that I almost ordered a second entree! The restaurant is elegant, the ambience is very relaxing, especially outdoors, and relaxing by the fire pit and a very inviting rocking chair was the perfect wrap-up. Looking forward to bringing friends on our next visit.

Ordered a medium rare steak and it came out well done. Otherwise the service was great and the other food items were delicious.
The food, service and overall look of the restaurant was incredible. The staff was very attentive and accommodating.
Only ate breakfast here and it was really tasty. Our waitress was helpful and attentive the entire time. The only thing I disliked was the mandatory 20% gratuity but it is not mandatory to tip on top of that, although we did because our waitress was so awesome and the breakfast was delicious.

We were celebrating our anniversary and made reservations at this beautiful restaurant..
From the greeting and service walking in to leaving, just amazing!
The beautiful ladies that took care of us, they were all very attentive, professional, patient and beautiful vibe.
Shout out to all the staff and especially the young lady that took care of us throughout our dinner, and made that beautiful presentation with the salad I ordered( I’m terrible with names, she has a very unique name starts with a B) but she was wonderful!
We dined Sunday November 3rd for a 7:30pm reservation.. All the best,
Cordette and Ron🫶🏽

This was absolutely one of the best meals I have ever experienced. I ordered the butternut squash soup, the New York strip steak au poivre, and the Bananas Foster. Everything was prepared thoughtfully and you could taste the freshness and quality of the ingredients in every bite. My steak was cooked exactly as requested and it was so tender. Perfection!
