I've been here a couple times, a couple years apart. They don't get the orders right & whatever they give you is inedible in some way. Could be soggy, greasy, or stale... The parking lot & drive thru are full of large sinkholes. The service is what you'd expect from a fast food restaurant.

Went for dine in, I was the only customer in there but there were a few people going through the drive through. I ordered a french dip meal and 1/2 lb beef and cheddar sandwich only. He asks curly or crinkle fries, I saw curly. He asks what sandwich to reconfirm, I say the 1/2 lb beef and cheddar. He goes “the half pound?” I go yeah. I get my order and the only thing correct was the french dip. I got crinkle cut which I informed him of the mistake immediately. He replaced them. I ate them and my french dip but when I opened the sandwich box it was plain roast beef w the meat haphazardly tossed together. I inform him again that this was wrong and I ordered the beef and cheddar not regular. He said “you never said beef and cheddar you just said half pound!” I distinctly said beef and cheddar twice. Because he asked me to confirm it. This is ALWAYS my order at any Arby’s.
He keeps telling me not to raise my voice yet I spoke at a reasonable volume and merely replied, “I definitely said beef and cheddar, I said it twice.” I get a beef and cheddar and this was even messier and worse put together than the regular. I have never been in such a bad Arby’s location. It sucks since it was my favorite fast food restaurant but I am honestly never going to another location. He also called me “man” and “sir” multiple times. I am a woman. I felt extremely insulted and this was absolutely the worst fast food experience I have had the displeasure of having.

I am a 72 yr old disabled veteran. I went to Arby's because I read they had a jalapeños sandwich. I walked to counter and greeted the employee and all he gave we was a peering glare no response. So Arby's made a great customer service response and compensated me for my issue.

I absolutely love this Arby’s! The food is always hot, the employees are always nice, and I always get through the drive-through in a fast and efficient manner. I hope every employee gets a raise because they are consistently great!!
Every time I try to go into the lobby to place an order the lobby is closed this is getting a little out of hand if you're shore staffed try offing something better then minimum wage

I hate to be a Karen but had to only give 4 stars cuz of my most recent experience here a week ago when they had us pull over to wait for our chicken tenders and when they brought our bag out there weren't any tenders..isñt that what we were waiting for? Lol but after going back to the drive threw they finally made it right
