I had this food at Trace Brewing, and so glad I did; I'm a mac-n-cheese lover, and this may have been the best I've ever had. It's smoked slowly in the same giant smoker that the meat is put in, so it has a richer flavor than anything you could imagine. It's dripping with both melted cheese and a good amount of cheese sauce, and you get enough for two servings if you don't scarf down the entire thing in one go. I seldom write a review but this one is really hard to not talk about. We got a brisket sandwich and half a rack of ribs and everything was extremely delicious! The meat was seasoned really well and soft to instantly dissolve in your mouth. 10/10! Will come here again.

It's everything I could have hoped for. The meat is smoked to perfection, the taste of the smoke really stands out, and the sauce options are really awesome. The spicy carolina sauce is absolutely killer and the sides really compliment the meat. Highly recommended!
