Employees lied about being open. They were serving other customers at 7:40pm as well as two cars in drive thru in front of us and claimed they closed. Drove out of our way for this location. This location hates money. They were also very well staffed. Just disappointed. Stop being lazy. Ruined our family’s day. Last restaurant before the skateparkKid-friendliness: Not kid friendly at all. They refuse to serve kids as well as adults. They also don’t like anime.

The new beef sandwich was awful. The meat didn't even look real and tasted terrible. The Lanturn Flys were at the drive through window were infested so much so I was afraid to open my car window. There appears not to be any effort to control them. I stopped by one more time and drove away it was so bad.

VERY RUDE!!!! They all looked dirty preparing food with hands on their phone and touching food hair hanging around food with no hair nets while preparing food with smart mouths like they’re not in a professional setting WORK!! Then had the nerve to be sloppy with an order like I was gonna actually pay for it and eat it please DO BETTER and show some respect to the customers who come and keep your business running they were even rude to the elderly smh it’s not fair i run to get a quick meal and deal with someone rude and disrespectful when I just want a quick bite to eat they need fired or retrained either way I WONT BE BACK!! Thank you for the bad impression it was enough not to return I’ll spend my money else where!!

I've never actually gotten anything when I've stopped here. Most of the time, they're closed - despite all the lights being on. My advice: find somewhere else to eat. Heck, there's another Arby's in Monroeville, go to that one. If I could give fewer stars, I would.

I came here yesterday and idk wats going on with Arby's but this 3rd location that doesn't get orders to right. They were fast from time I order and got to window. Just wish my waygu burger had wat I ordered.
Pretty darn good Arby's. Been coming here with my daughter once a week for a month and never been disappointed.
