Bought the brisket sandwich and saw that I had to put the sauce on myself. Cmon Arby's put the sauce on yourselves. Drive through window person was very nice and accurate with my order
I’m giving Arby’s 5 stars because the employee that ran the window today was very professional and her customer service skills was on point. If anything, they should make her a manager because she knew how to run that window and the service was fast and excellent. Kudos to the young lady that ran her window with professionalism and fast service. We need more employees like her 7/30 at 12:15p
The food was perfect, but the manager Sean (Shawn?) was a jerk during my pickup order. I felt like I was treated like dirt - never got a smile or thank you and it felt like I was inconveniencing him by being there. I feel hesitant to go back because of him.
