Hemlock House Reviews
Hemlock House describes itself as serving "irreverent food," and they aren't kidding. I came in expecting a burger, but I stayed for the Frog Legs—the gochujang brown butter buffalo sauce is an absolute game changer.

Wonderful atmosphere. Amazing food. Dan was a terrific server. Great experience. Highly recommend!
My fiance and I went to celebrate our anniversary here, making a reservation in advance and were blown away with the food, service, and their great atmosphere. Clara even made us a note upon request and it set the tone for a wonderful evening. Thank you for making our anniversary special!!!

Hemlock House is a charming restaurant that offers a good amount of food at a reasonable price. The menu has a variety of dishes, including sausage biscuits and gravy with potatoes, delicious Benedicts, and sweet French toast. Customers have noticed that the menu is full of surprises, with many options for different dietary needs, including plenty for those who don’t eat meat. While there isn’t a specific kids’ menu, there are many food choices for children, so even the youngest diners can find something to enjoy. The atmosphere is intimate and friendly, with attentive service from staff who create great cocktails. The drink list is diverse, featuring beer, wine, and specialty cocktails. Guests have praised the quick service and flavorful, well-seasoned food. Hemlock House feels like a well-kept secret, where diners can expect a nice time and highly recommend trying the gouda omelet, bacon and crab hushpuppies, broccolini, and artichokes. The wooden, austere vibe with nicely spaced candled tables adds to its unique charm.
