Based on customer reviews, Macro Pizza is one of the best pizza shops in Pittsburgh. The quality of the food is unparalleled, with great dough and flavorful sauce. Customers love the cheese pizza, the spinach white pizza, and the pepporoni pizza. The Italian calzones with butter garlic sauce and the seafood dinner pasta are exceptional. The steak rolls are very flavorful, and the pizza rolls are pillowy soft and delicious. While the steak calzone was a little disappointing with more peppers and onions than beef, and the chicken gyro was not well-liked, the overall food is a million times better than what was there before. The service is nice, though sometimes a bit disorganized and prices can be a dollar or two different than the menu. Delivery is decent and sometimes takes half the estimated time.
