If they would just use both drive thru Windows , they would not screw up so much, one person is perparing your order while taking another in the headset, just hire one to take the order and cash, and one to check and prepare your order is not rocket science, you have 2 windows for a reason!!!!!!!
Serving raw chicken is not ok !! Disgusting!!!!!!!!
