This past weekend we got married in the area and needed a place to host our rehearsal dinner. I tripped across this place and was introduced to Jennifer! Jennifer was so so helpful and accommodating, we had an absolutely wonderful night. She created a custom menu for us, decorated the space with candles and fall decor, and even made a special dessert that was a combination of my husband and my favorites. This is not just a cafe, it is a rated restaurant. The main room is very nice. It has a fireplace
In the middle that is beautiful and sports an open core with all around viewing. There were many unique items on the menu. I had a steak. It was delicious. Splashed with a large pat of a blu cheese. Salads were beautiful and were fresh. Desserts included pies, ice creams. Service was excellent. Highly recommend.

We don't have a lot of Pocono/Lake Wallenpaupack experiences (we're Beach people...:) but when visiting our "Lake" friends and they recommend Fairview Cafe in Tafton (near the Lake) we were interested to go. Fairview Cafe lived up to its billing as a favorite spot for the locals. Great setting-BYOB-a limited but creative menu-good pricing-Super Service-Relaxed atmosphere on the Porch and a nice vibe at the Bar. Our two entrees were the Mediterranean Linguini...
