We visited family last August in Honesdale PA. They took us to your restaurant at Ringside Fire Grill. Even with 3 little cousins enjoying pizza, visiting and some dancing, it felt warm and welcoming! Our family enjoyed the salads and pizzas, they were epic! Thanks, hope to return soon!

When we arrived there was only a few tables with customers. We waited over 15 minutes for a waitress to greet us. We ordered our drinks and food (two pizzas) right away. We waited over an hour and had to get our pizza and only delivering one of the two to our table. Please note there was maybe 5 or 6 other tables with customers, so the restaurant was not full or busy. During that time our waitress checked on us once. When I asked if our other pizza we ordered was coming since my daughter do not eat the first pizza that came to the table. The worker said yes it would be right out. My husband and son finished their pizza before the next pizza came, so it was about a 20 minute wait for my daughter and I to eat. No apologies for the long wait and when we were paying one worker asked another worker if everyone got their food. The response was “I don’t know” in a tone that gave us the impression she didn’t care if people didn’t have all their food. We never be going back. As the two hour wait for paper think pizza was not worth it in my opinion.

My family and I are very disappointed in coming here. First we sat down and we waited for our server to get menus. After waiting for about 10 minutes or so we were able to order appetizers. The appetizers came and it was good. Our server did not ask us how was the appetizers. We had to ask another person to get our server so we can place our actual order. The actual order came and same thing. Server did not ask us how was the food or if we needed refills. She needs to be more tentative to the customers and less time on her phone.

Upon being seated, we waited around 10 minutes for our server to attend to us and distribute menus. Following this wait, we ordered appetizers that turned out to be good. Nonetheless, our server neglected to ask about our experience with the appetizers. To place our main order, we had to locate our server ourselves, as another staff member had to be asked to relay the request. The main order was served without our server checking in to ensure everything met our expectations or if we needed anything else. Better customer service skills and less time spent on the phone are recommended. There should be no reason a server / worker is on her phone while working, very unprofessional. How absolutely outrageous.

2 tables occupied zero at bar and staff on phones, when they finally do get to us at bar, back to phone, left waiting on drinks, waitied to cash out for 15 minutes with no contact, still on phones so finally me wife leaves and let's them know I wanted to cashout. Comes to register sets phone down see shes texting this whole time, and did not bring a box back after asking......take the phones away. Food good as always but not coming back.

Stopped by for a quick bite to eat & they did not disappoint. We got the hot honey pizza along with buffalo chicken Mac & cheese. Both are done in the wood oven. So delicious. Highly recommend
