I got sick after I ate my whopper . It wasn't that warn either . But the food at this location , is always lacking something. I would recommend going to the one in Humboldt. Everything is better there ! Enjoy !

Every time I've gone to this location of the past year they have always had 10-25 minute wait times in the drive through which I could get over if it wasnt for the other issues I will mention next. My food is almost always wrong/cold so I stopped going all together. I recently saw they were doing open interviews and Everytime I went on the listed open dates I was always told they couldn't reach the person doing interviews and to come back next time, after 3 times doing that I said heck with it and scheduled and interview through the website. I went to my interview today on dec 7 at 8:50am and the interview was for 9am. The manager was very rude and told me I received an email saying all interviews were rescheduled/cancelled for the day. I tried to show him on my phone there was no such email and he walked away so I showed the other employee who was standing there that the only email sent to me this morning was a 30min reminder saying to come in soon. Don't have much left to say so that's what happened and my review for my experience of not only the food but the in unorganized/rude management of this location.

Worst customer service. I went through drive thru to pick up my mobile order. They stated they ran out of chicken. ??? "Ok well can you substitute?" No! Can u get a refund no you have to go through the app and say I didn't get my order. Well I did that and apparently I can't get a refund either. They are so slow and they always mess up my order. Out of every fast food place i have ever gone to this is the worst. The managers/supervisor are rude and clueless especially the guy in the morning and the supervisor lady at night. I'm so mad at the way they handled everything and I do not recommend anyone to go this specific location!!

Worst Burger King in the country, and as a former long haul trucker, I've eaten at many. Ordered a double whopper with cheese and the burgers were burnt and beyond well done. Took it up to the counter to get a remake with satisfactory burgers. The burgers on the remade sandwich were exactly like the first one. Burnt, well done and dried out. I took one bite to try and eat it, but no way. At that point I gave up. As we walked out, I tossed the meal in the trash and told the counter guy my remade sandwich was as bad as the first one. He make no comment or apology. Just a dirty look like I was wrong for complaining. Don't eat at this BK. You will likely be disappointed unless you fancy well done, overcooked burgers.

this is the only place in the county that makes you pull into the parking lot and wait 20-30 minutes for your food after paying in the drive thru. Not one time have i received my food at the window in the last 6 months, probably 3 times a month. the food is too expensive to not be fast, food is nasty and the manager has an attitude and willing to lash out at customers.

We came threw the drive threw to get food at the drive threw, there was a long wait and when we got the food it was cold, that wasent even the big issue we just wanted food it wasent late and just wanted something, when we got the order we went over it and realized the nuggets we ordered weren’t there, when we got back into the drive threw there was one car infront of us, we couldn’t go inside as it was closed so we waited behind the one car which took about 15 minutes. When we finally get to the window there was 2 girls almost waiting for us and asked us what was wrong, we explained that we were missing a part of our order and they said they remember the person that packed it putting the nuggets in the bag, I went threw everything we had and had a duplicate item, we had already been eating the food cause it was we where hungry and waiting a long time, they said because the food was already eaten they couldint give us the missing item. I explained it was part of my original order and she kept mentioning how cause we ate it she can’t give the original order back with it but if we had it she would’ve thrown away the duplicate and gave us the new order, I asked if I could just place a order for it again and they said no because there was a cars behind us that already paid for there meals(It was 1 car). I just pulled away cause it’s late I’m hungry and not tryna deal with it. Explain to me how because of your error, I can’t get my food back when you had also said that you put it in the bag when it wasent.

Two cars in parking lot, one in drive thru. Waited behind vehicle in drive thru for ten minutes to pull up and have them tell me it would be 10 minutes before they could take my order. I left. This place just needs to close.

This place should be closed. They barely have anything so I'm guessing the manager isn't ordering things. Me and my gram went this morning and ordered two sausage sandwiches. We pull up to the drive thru and they say it's gonna be a 10 to 15 min wait on egg. We explain we didny order anything with egg. Then they say oh we don't have sausage. They made a lady angry two days ago and gave her a cookie instead of the toy she ordered and refused to exchange the PACKAGED cookie for a toy. Had people waiting over 30 mins for their orders and after they ordered then tell them something they ordered they don't have. This place has became garbage. Not going back for a while till they get their stuff together.

Literally every time I place a mobile order and/or use the drive thru I'm asked to pull up so they can bring it out to me.... I placed the mobile order 10 minutes ago, there's no line and no one in the lobby, why isn't it done? It's just two sandwiches!
