Terrible location ice out front fall hazard. Waited two hours to find out on my own that delivery was delayed due to “drivers” not the first time there’s been an issue with this location. Pizza track was also saying my order wasn’t even available and then I come into store to pickup my two hour delayed order that was not complete. An then obviously there was an issue with refund of delivery charge. Employees fixed some issues.Wheelchair accessibility: No out front parking for handicap accessibility.
I stopped there to get a pizza for my son that had 6 toppings on it. The employee explained the best way to order it on the app to save money. The store looked clean. There was ample parking and fast service. I picked it up. My son liked it. I would go there again even though Fominos isn't my thing.

OMG! Horrible service!!!!! I order my order at night before the closing time, they never delivered my order to my home the address I put down on the app. It was close before I realized I never got my order to my home. So the next morning I call and I talk to somebody and let them know I want my food I paid for, the lady on the phone gets nasty and hangs up on me, I call up again asking for the manager the manager gets on the phone, he says he will have another order delivered in an hour and 1 they don’t even have the right exact order, but Im there waiting and waiting by the door and still nothing, now they had called my neighbors phone twice and 3 mins apart, but I didn’t receive the calls because I do not have service on my phone and I was calling off somebody else’s number. But then again I didn’t see anybody outside or anything, but when I called up again when I used my neighbors phone, they said the had came and that they sent out 2 drivers which my husband was outside working and he had not seen not 1 car stop on our street. So I had said to the manager to either bring the food or refund me my money he said he has 11 orders in and I said okay that’s fine after all the orders what time would then be so I know the food will be on its way he would not give a answer, then I had said refund me my money and he hangs up on me. This is ridiculous, there customer service is very poorly, they have drivers that don’t care but to bring it to anybody door and not make sure it’s the right order, it’s horrible. This is crazy and I’m not gonna stop until I get my food or my money because the order was $65 and with how rude they were I’m not just gonna let them have my money and be as rude as they were. This store is so horrible and rude it’s just disgusting.!!!!!!! Waiting for corporate to answer back to my email I sent.

I order here often its usually a pretty good experience. Today I ordered on the app which told me it would take about 37 minutes for delivery. I live less than 10 minutes from the store. It took two hours and two phone calls for me to get my order.

Ordered the Brooklyn pizza. Having lived in Brooklyn where every block has great pizza, this should be renamed Pretty Good For This Area. Thank you Keith, for following delivery instructions. Ordered at 2 pm, arrived an hour later. If Domino's was experiencing volume, that's a positive because neighboring pizza places are vacant between meal times. To compete, they need to start delivering.
We started ordering from domino's again after the last time and regretted it. Several incidents left a bad taste in my mouth but the last was the final straw. I ordered a pizza for pick up and after getting home found out they put pineapple and ham on my pizza instead of bacon and ham like I ordered. The "solutions " they offered was for me to keep the pizza and recieve a credit that I would be forced to use in 7 days or bring it back for them to remake it. These options completely resolve any accountability from the workers messing up. If there are no consequences, why even try to do it right? In the end I returned the whole order and went to McDonald's. They offered me nothing in return that I wasted time and gas driving up there twice, 20 minutes one way 4 times. Do better domino's. And after I asked for corporates number they told me there isn't one.Original review from 4 years ago: I ordered a few months ago and got the wrong order. They told me if I kept the order they would refund my money so I kept the order. I never got a refund after multiple calls with the manager. So I paid for food I didn't order and threw one pizza away because no one would eat it.
