i lost my straw and another worker accidentally gave us another straw and saved me time and so much more. the workers were so kind and i absolutely loved the experience. recommend coming for sure:)
Oh bless it's heart. The staff couldn't keep up with the customers. We tried the place twice just in case it was a one off bad experience. Nope. We stood at the counter entirely too long without any staff members acknowledging our presence. They were either understaffed or untrained.

They just leave orders on counter and walk away, accidentally took someone else's coffee ffs ? ? is it to much to had people there order and why did it take so long to make a coffee???

Drove 25 minutes because they didn't answer the phone to find out they were closed even though saying they were open till 5:00.. before driving there I called the gas station number and the dunkin' donuts number no one answered either number so decided to drive because this one and just a couple others showed they were open.. gas station was opened but Dunkin donuts was closed.. not a good start to Christmas Rrrrrr????

Gas station Dunkin', not a standalone shop. So, donuts won't be fresh made there(trucked in most likely). Last time I stopped for had, I got the same order I'd get at my regular shop in Pottsville(Westwood location). You can definitely tell the difference. Tasted weak, didn't get extra sugar or cream. If craving a Dunkin', it'll do.
Customer service wasn't top notch, but it wasn't bad either.. we'll go with mediocre..

(Edit: since the experience has deteriorated since hiring new employees) Pulled up to the teller and had multiple people asking \\\"what do you want?\\\" as soon as I roll down my window. I reply \\\"hold on, I need a minute, I just pulled up\\\" to which they replied very cockily \\\"Well we're just nice like that\\\". I'm not going to Hans money over to some smart mouthed drop-out so we drove off. Quality was starting to drop over the past couple of months but we will not be going back. (Original review): Everytime I've stopped by the employees have been very kind and very respectful. They always ask how you're doing and make small talk which is nice. I've never had to wait longer than a couple of minutes for my coffee
