I’ve been going to this Dunkin’ for YEARS!! And lately it’s been horrible!! I went there today around 5pm and I got a latte, snackin bacon and a hot coffee with cream and sugar. The coffee had NO cream and NO sugar and my snackin’ bacon was ridiculous! I paid $3.39 and got barely anything! I showed the worker and she looked and made a face and told ME to tell the other worker to put more in there. I didn’t, but I’m done with this place! Absolutely ridiculous ! The amount of money I’ve spent at this location I won’t be going back! It’s gone completely down hill!

I placed my order online to save time, but I still ended up waiting far too long. There were several employees just standing around instead of helping. Only one person was making drinks and one was handling food, while the other four weren’t assisting at all. To make it worse, someone who ordered at the counter after I arrived got their food and drinks before mine. This really slowed things down and made the experience frustrating.

I went to grab a donut for my kid and saw at least 2-3 flys landing on the donuts behind the glass and I told the guy at the register they have flies landing all over the donut's which is gross if you know what flies do when they land on food. And all he said was “we can’t really control where flies go” 😐😐😐

No flavor in my refresher it was weak. And, I think the munchkins are shrinking... Didn't have time to ask for another as I was in the drive-through for 7 minutes.

The girls were so nice and when she mest up on my order she just redid it for me.
Went to the drive through and ordered 2 drinks, after that I wasn’t finished I told the lady I wasn’t done ordering but she ignored me, won’t be going back there for a while.
Quick and easy check out. went inside brought 2 24 pk donuts employee was patient when I was choosing my donuts overall would recommend
