made my iced matcha tea with coffee, not hard to read a tag, or have common sense, so annoying

This is one of the worst dunkins. They hardly ever have what you want. Their donuts are always hard unless you get them on whatever day their delivery is. If you are able to get what you want, the chance of it being made right is minimal to none. IMO this location needs to get better to just suck. It’s way more worth the drive to go down to Pottsville.

I went to get a coffee for a friend and was standing there for nearly 10 minutes and nobody took my order and when I called for them to take it I was told to wait until they were done with another order which made me late for work.

Confusing division between convenience store and donuts.
Server walked away for several minutes to get a black coffee. No one was at counter. After few minutes I gassed my car.
Noticed the coffee arriving. No one at counter no apology no exaggeration almost 10 minutes. We ALL know how long takes to brew a new pot.
And 4or 5 coffee grains bottom cup. Coffee was good!

Most worse place ever! The guy in there was so rude! Messing with the girl employee being rude to her and I got 50 munchkins and almost all of them except 5 were blueberry and chocolate. Not associated as it should be. The coffee was disappointing. The male was so rude. I advise everyone to definitely not go here ever! Worst place ever!

I’ve been here in the past and it’s never been an issue but we just came through 24AUG2025 and both my coffee and my wife’s espresso drink had a very strong aftertaste of an ashtray.

I sat in the drive thru for at least 5 minutes before I was taken care of. There was three workers and only one doing the drive thru.

I love this dunkin in general but the amazing gentleman with the brown hair hand tattoos and glasses is SO kind and pleasant and helpful! He makes my day every single time. He also made my drink so perfectly. It was fresh and cold brew and so good. He ate with that one! You guys rock

I went in 3 times in the past 2 weeks. The young man working there with the neck tattoos is constantly harassing his coworkers and making them feel uncomfortable. Completely inappropriate. I asked both gas station attendees if he was always bullying his coworkers. They said yes. You can see the stress on the poor woman's face getting me my coffee. This kid wouldn't last a week working with grown men. He needs to be fired.

It’s really hard to get in their drive thru, it’s like trying to fit thru a tight alleyway. Horrible design
