This Dunkin is ok. My main gripe is one guy at the window in the mornings. He consistently forgets things and doesnât talk to you to confirm you have everything. Like at least say âhave a good dayâ or something. Donât just stand there and stare. I donât want to have to always check for your mistakes. Do better.

This by far is the worst dunkin I ever went to. They're always screwing up the order. Avocado toast is always rock hard am cold. I did a mobile order an the guy asked me ,I said I have a mobile order ,he asked for the name, I gave it an then it was silent. I thought he'd be looking for my name.. 2 mins later ,he says can I help you? I said yea I just told you I'm a mobile order. He says yea pull around. So I said so why the hell didn't you say that to begin with??! This big guy who's always in the widow with tattoos on his hand, arrogant as ever, don't get me started on the old lady who will be there by herself at times. She killed my coffee, it taste like garbage, you can tell by ordering ,you were bothering her an she was annoyed. I legitimately drive to hazleton in the morning to get my coffee because this place is awful. Rude people who work there, it's disgusting. IF YOU HAVE NO PEOPLE SKILLS , DONT WORK FAST FOOD. What a joke.

My fiancé and I go there every morning for our daughter's munchkins and coffees. They are so friendly and we enjoy laughing there with them since they know us by name now. Coffee is on point!

Stopped there around 130pm today. Two women on duty. This is how stupid they are. Said I wanted my sandwich well toasted get my order and it's barley warm..Tell them about it ask for them to toast it more and the one with no teeth or false teeth says, it's already out the window" . The other one said she'll make me another to pull around.I get it and it's the same..What don't u understand about well toasted? Idiots.. Now they had to eat cost of other sandwich because they were too dumb in first place..I guess they like problems..Will contact manager.
