Stopped there around 130pm today. Two women on duty. This is how stupid they are. Said I wanted my sandwich well toasted get my order and it's barley warm..Tell them about it ask for them to toast it more and the one with no teeth or false teeth says, it's already out the window" . The other one said she'll make me another to pull around.I get it and it's the same..What don't u understand about well toasted? Idiots.. Now they had to eat cost of other sandwich because they were too dumb in first place..I guess they like problems..Will contact manager.

Alittle over broad with coffee prices & didn't come as ordered even that it was good 'cause person wasn't suppose to get extra sugar due to health, food was decent, twas done right(as asked for)toasted (English)muffins, thank you.Peaceful quiet enough to think & be heard.

Those who have rated this location anything more than 1 star must never of been to another Dunkin before. This place is atrocious. I’ve come here a handful of times and each time something is wrong. No one knows what they’re doing. Ordered a caramel latte with blueberry and the girl asked me if I wanted cream?? I don’t work at Dunkin and I know better than the employee that lattes come with milk, automatically. When I got my “latte” it wasn’t even a latte. It was just a regular iced coffee, I could tell just by the color when they handed it to me. No one here knows what they’re doing. They need to be trained better or need new people entirely or just shut down. Go to St Clair Dunkin. They beat this place by a long shot. I won’t be going back, waste of money.Edit: they also are always out of almost everything you ask for, so if you place a mobile order for a donut they don’t have, you’re just out of luck. They’ll end up giving you something you didn’t order.
