Sta in drive through for 15 minutes other lines orders we’re getting taken. Went around and got into other line and when got up to window and told girl. She said she didn’t hear anyone at other lane! Hello common sense if one land had 15 people in it don’t you think the other lien has people to?

The cashier decided to short change me 2 cents. This is apparently due to a nationwide penny shortage, so their policy is to keep customer money instead of issuing sufficient change. As much as I hate sounding like a tight wad, penny pincher, McDonalds profits are in excess of 8 billion per year. The franchise owner makes a lot more money than I do... drives a nicer car and lives in a nicer home. I don't care about a penny shortage. It was my money and not McDonalds decision to intentionally short change me.

The food was hot and my order was correct. I did have to wait an additional 10 minutes for my food, but the staff was very apologetic and they even gave me a free pie for waiting. That put a smile on my face. The parking lot is easy to get out of for whichever way you are traveling at this facility.
