“I recently visited Dunkin’ and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the food was fresh and tasted great. My donut was soft and perfectly glazed, and the coffee was brewed just right. However, the service left much to be desired. Despite the store not being very busy, the staff seemed overwhelmed, and it took significantly longer than expected to receive my order. While they were polite and apologetic, the delay was noticeable and inconvenient, especially for a brand known for quick service.
I understand that occasional delays can happen, but improving efficiency would make the experience much better for customers, especially during busy mornings when time is crucial. Overall, the quality of the food and drinks was impressive, but the slow service dampened an otherwise positive visit. I’ll likely return because of the food, but I hope the service improves next time.“
“Was staying at Great Wolf water resort and wanted to get breakfast other than getting from resort. Although there is one inside the resort but prices are more than regular Dunkin and no mobile order service. I loved the drive through option and literally went to pick up food in my PJs at 7am so breakfast was there before my kids got up.“
