Intercom broke, drive through
This Dunkin is consistently serves cold food, bad drinks, long waits, and attitude. Beside maybe 1 decent interaction this is hands down the worst Dunkin in the poconos. One example if i put less ice why would you give me a cup full of ice and less product/ milk.(this is obviously the opposite of what i want) This is a terrible practice they convey my drink is literally so filled with ice i can’t even put my straw in but not fully filled with product. This is about the 5th time I’ve received a drink like this from this location. save yourself and go elsewhere you’re going to waste your money and time here.

Food and coffee were good but it smelled like sewage inside the store. The smell from the restroom reeked throughout the store hence making my family and I to take our coffee and food and eat somewhere else.

The farmer’s market is located in PA. I used to leave there. I was in town visiting and I stopped by cause I miss this place so much. The meats are always fresh. I purchased 20lbs of raw turkey wings, and other meats to bring back home to SC. Everything there is 100%

I ordered a double espresso with milk and one sugar, in a SMALL cup. As a result, I was given 2 medium glasses with something, I said that this is not what I ordered and I want my order. I was given a small glass, but when I went out and tried the contents, it was like a cocktail of gasoline and vodka... the coffee was not just tasteless or something, it was impossible to drink this coffee. I very rarely leave reviews, and I never left bad ones at all, but you guys really tried. Thanks to the Dankin team for such wonderful feelings from the very morning! 🤝

The ladies working this afternoon were so sweet and personable. But nothing beat the fact I had the most incredible caramel macchiato. This Dunkin never disappoints when it comes to macchiatos and my barista Dora. She absolutely killed it! I had to call and tell them because it made my whole day. Nothing is better than having your coffee made better than you expected. I hope her pillow is always cold! Definitely will go out of my way to come here again!

Tannersville crew I have to say thank you! Morning shift ya are busting out lines !! Giving accuracy & great time ! & Your night crew is getting down, they’re really cleaning the equipment and you can taste it. The hash browns don’t have that harsh, unclean oven taste and tbh it’s SOO important w dunkin food. I appreciate the time someone is putting into that oven to clean it bc it’s heavy and not easy. It makes or breaks those hash browns flavor when it’s clean like that and my hash browns were SO GOOD this morning. Forever my favorite store ❤️🤞🏼 Employees always fix whatever is wrong which for me isn’t often. They’re very on point. My drink is always correct and my food is too. Thanks for the fresh food and good service Tannersville.
Went there this morning for some much needed coffee to help jumpstart my body into consciousness. Once it was my turn in line I pull up to place my order of 1 large French vanilla coffee extra sugar and cream that I was craving since I opened my eyes into existence. I was met with the sound of a witch scratching her nails on a chalk board! “We aren’t making drinks this morning”. How?! Why?! Make it make sense! “Sorry for the inconvenience”. Sorry isn’t going to cut it Dunkin! My very existence nearly faded into oblivion before I made it to a different Dunkin. Totally unacceptable!
Placed a mobile order for a dozen donuts 30 minutes before closing. I pull up to the drive thru to get my order and the worker tells me they don't have any donuts. This is dunkin donuts right? I asked if they could give me anything of similar value and they said no and told me to contact corporate to get a refund. It's been over a week, no refund yet. What's the point of the mobile app if you do not have any donuts??

My husband ordered a triple frozen mocha coffee and was given the wrong drink. I was on the phone when he made the order at the drive through. He told the gentleman several times that doesn't looks like what he normally ordered, the cashier wasn't in the mood to deal with him or change the drink which he paid full price for. When I got the drink it was so bitter and full of ice. I called to make them aware of the issue. The manager was very rude and dismissed me saying he is busy! He didn't even apologize!! I ask him for his name and he told me he's not giving out his name. Even though I told him I purchase there almost every 3 days. I told him I will be calling cooperate, his response was go ahead I don't care and hang up. He needs management training!!!
