Extensive selection of teas and coffee. Happened to stop by when Nai herself was there and was blessed with a London fog and good conversation. The atmosphere is welcoming and soulful. Basically the exact opposite of a starbucks or some other big coffee chain. Strongly recommend. The place is full of antiques and trinkets which are also for sale.
Had an amazing time with my wife! One of the most caring hosts! She genuinely tries to make you feel at home! 10 out of 10!
I just left the shop as they were about to close. The shop is very quaint. The owner sat with me and was very friendly, her recommendation for tea was very good and I enjoyed my experience there
A complete disgusting facility. Smells like rotten eggs and have old broken down late makers. Definitely not recomended.
Completely disgusting facility. I had to wait 20 min till 11 am for them to open. Then i find out that her Cappacino machine is this old wreck that doesnt work plus the owner (nai) herself has this huge attitude problem. Insteadof aplogizing and thanking her customers cafe is definitley not recomended. If i coild rate -stars i would
I advise calling before you go. I am traveling from out of town and went in the pouring rain and they were closed. I did see a big HELP WANTED sign so that may be the issue. Still... Call first
Love Nai’s! The shop is such a vibe.
Me and my dad went here sunday at around 12:20-12:30, the time online said it would be open at 11 while the time on the door said i think 12, either way we where there after both times but the door was locked and the lights where off. We really wanted to try this tea place to get afternoon tea but unfortunately it was closed, im not sure if the time online and on the door was wrong or if there was an issue but this was unfortunate as we had planned a day around going there :(
we had a bachlorette party here for my friend, we had 8 people. nai was absolutely wonderful. she gave us a wonderful selection of teas, they were all very good. the sandwiches and baked goods were absolutely delicious. we all had wonderful time. thank you so much for everything. I do wish I could have given you more, for all your hard work. thank you so much for everything. nai really worked well with every allergy we had in the group. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone for their party needs.

Excellent coffe/tea shop!!! GOD BLESS!!
We went to Nai’s for a high tea on my bachelorette trip (9 of us)! Nai is a total girls girl. She took pics of us and she let us take over the aux! She had the most lovely spread including all sorts of tea sandwiches, lavender matcha scones with jam and clotted cream, macaroons, and lemon bars! We got to choose from so many teas, and coffee was even an option for non tea drinkers. Well worth it!
Very cute shop, great tea and coffee, and the owner Robin is an absolutely lovely person! Highly recommend.
This tea shop is adorable and has great coffee. It is a precious find for serious tea drinkers, they have all sorts of tea varieties, tea pots, and accessories for tea lovers. The owner Nai is inviting, engaging, and friendly and you can even make reservations to have a tea party with your friends. Make sure to stop by on your visit to the Poconos!
Nai’s tea house is amazing! The owner made my sister’s bachelorette so special! She is so talented and kind. The food and tea were outstanding. Thank you Naira for an outstanding experience!
