We are anxiously awaiting the re-opening of our favorite deli!My husband and I have been weekly customers for several years now and not only do they have great breakfast sandwiches but the owner and staff are very personable.

Starting about 3 weeks ago, there's been no answer to phone calls. It would be "nice" if they let their regular customers know what's going on. How about a simple voce mail message stating "we're no longer in business" or whatever the case may be?

Tried calling store for the past half hour for a Togo order NO ANSWER. Hope the phone system is down. Becuase if not there's no excuse. No matter how busy a catering place is shouldn't allow 30 minutes of ringing to go unanswered. Actually wild. Double checked to there are indeed opened.

Sandwiches are different and delicious. The atmosphere was awesome and the workers are super outgoing and friendly.

The variety of food at this NY Deli is hard to describe. The various hot and cold sandwiches and salads to tempt the hardest to please are on all the walls and the door. Choose well because the portion sizes are enormous and made to order. You will want to come again to try something else. This place is a find in an area bereft of good Italian food. Highly recommended.

To start the soup was barely warm, we also had a pastrami sandwich and the bread was old and stale.the inside was not at all inviting and not that clean.

I rarely ever leave negative reviews but I’m super annoyed I just spent almost $13 on an 8 inch sub when their website states they are $8.99. First of all I ordered a Caprese which they didn’t even know what that was.. And you call yourself a NY deli?!?? So I had to get it “custom made”. It’s literally 3 ingredients yall! Tomato, mozzarella, and balsamic on bread!!! Why am I being upcharged for getting a sandwich with less ingredients than your other ones!? They had one very similar sandwhich on the menu with a few more added things for cheaper!Only giving 2 stars because the sandwich was good and the cashier was friendly. But talk about a rip off and a business taking advantage of inflation. Really disappointed and mad at myself for even spending the last of my money on it before I get paid.

Gone the way of the poconos. A few thin slices of meat on huge roll. Local pizza has gotten just as awful in the poconos. Less of everything.
