Been ordering here at Pocono 1 since we moved to PA. It was always good until the last order. I ordered Eggplant with garlic sauce and when I went home they gave me broccoli with garlic sauce. When I called they put the blame on me and telling me that they don’t me me as customer. Totally horrendous treatment. Will never Ever go back. I recommend to not ever go order from Pocono 1. Food sucks and workers sucks!!

It’s sad you got disabled senior citizens like myself a double amputee that can’t drive and nobody here that has a car to take me down there or to pick up the stuff. I have to avoid buying stuff because you don’t deliver to handicap people and elderly senior citizens bad for business sorry about that but You lose points in my book

Nothin like working a ten hour plus shift and grabbing dinner afterwards and it being awful.. ordered sesame chicken pork fried rice, and steamed dumplings. The chicken was tough and stringy whatever that is , can barely chew it, rice tasted very bland and seemed old , not that warm they must cook a ton of it and keep it to the side then re cook it when needed, all the sauce for the dumplings spilled in the container , lid wasnt on tight and dumplings were of course soggy and pork had an interesting flavor... 21 bucks for a waste of food I couldn't eat or enjoy, now a grilled cheese for dinner yay

Total waste of money. Everything was completely tasteless and dry. The sliced pork was like eating leather. Fried rice & LoMein had no sauce at all and tasted funky, like it was leftover. They also over charged me by $10 and change and when I called them out on it they argued with me until I demanded they do right. I got $2 back for the soda they charged me for when it was supposed to come with the meal. NEVER AGAIN.

This restaurant should be named Pocono Number 1,000,000. The food is terrible. Ordered barbeque boneless spare ribs. They were hard 1/4" slivers of meat with very little sauce. It was like eating jerky. Ordered kung pao chicken and wanted it spicy hot. They said it was spicy. I asked if it was American spicy or Chinese spicy. They asked if I wanted it extra spicy. I said yes. It was not spicy! There was not one Chinese hot pepper in the dish. Completely lame with very little flavor. Ordered pork fried rice. Besides a few bean sprouts and onions there were no other vegetable in it. Also the pork was quite sparce in it. Order sweet and sour chicken. Over battered flavorless pieces. Ordered Happy Family. We were a very unhappy family with this dish. Avoid this place. It is one of the worst Chinese restaurants I have ever been to.

We have been ordering food from here for more than 10 years and it was always good. Today we order 3 combinations one pork lomein , chicken lomein and pork w string beans . Both lo mein were dry and tasteless and the pork and string beans were dry. The pork lo mein had a few strips of pork .My husband and I ate very little and threw the food away! What happened??? Never again!
