Who I assume the manager was this morning 12/27/22 was extremely rude to my dementia patient. She asked him to back up and I apologized explaining he can’t help some of his actions. She then got more irritated and said back up again giving him a nasty look. then as we left Panera to enter into the mills mall, she said “and you can never come back”.
