Used the optical department for the first time for a new Contract RX. Well, I picked up my order and got home and the wrong RX was ordered for my one eye. Then the associate told me on the phone that they would order the correct one and mail it to me AFTER they received the wrong box back. Seriously? Your error and I pay for it?
