Great tasting wines and personable staff but I didn't experience anything to rave about. With a tropical theme I'd figure the experience would be like getting a laid out "feel like you're on vacation. We'll meet your needs and think of everything in between," type of service. This was my first experience. I did the wine tasting. Not only were there no crackers or options to cleanse the palate, but I had to ask for it. What she did come up with were...
