“Just home from a Wednesday evening dinner at The Refinery. I strongly recommend the kale salad and pumpkin agnolotti. A delicious combination of flavors..... fresh greens with tangy dressing, and the most tender agnolotti with fresh pumpkin sweetness. Good food for the soul, cozy atmosphere, and welcoming staff. Thank you, Kathy”

The staff was incredible — warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. And Gabe, the manager, is truly exceptional and made us feel like VIPs. I had the Goat Cheese & Ricotta Cavatelli for my entrée and the Flourless Chocolate Torte for dessert. Everything was just amazing from start to finish. We can’t wait to go back!”

“We had one evening in Scranton, and I was the one grabbing sweets for our groups dietary restrictions. I called Donna and asked if she would be able to accommodate. She went above and beyond! The GF-Vegan Cupcakes I ordered were waiting in a box for me, and she was so patient since we came right at closing time. Her flavors were DIVINE! The love and care that went in to our treats was something special! I love pretty food, but what a win when the food tastes better than it looks! Thank you Donna! Everyone, not just the dietary folks, were in love with your food! If we are in the Scranton area again, we’ll be sure to order again!!”
