I came in alittle upset bc I was having one of those days and got upset with the staff for asking for a id (aka her doing her job). She was calm collected and gave me excellent service. I am a store manager for a retail store so being verbally assaulted is a daily occurrence. No excuses but she took it well and stayed professional. A note to the owner would be to add a section on the credit card receipt for a tip. There is no way to tip unless its cash and I wanted to leave something...read full review
The bartenders are the best. It's home away from home for me. I'm currently thinking of moving to Telford to be close to Cheers and Beers. See Eric he is like a real life Sam Malone.
