Chick-Fil-A 5th Street Highway catered my wedding last month! And it was amazing! Mallory was perfect to work with; she even helped me decide what to order and how much. They even brought the mascot (after asking for permission) to hype up my wedding guests as they laid out the food. They made it look so perfect. I couldn't have asked for better wedding food. The one in Broadcasting Square was extremely difficult to work with, which is why I came here.
CJ was exceptional during my visit yesterday. Even with a long line, he kept things moving quickly and efficiently while remaining professional and friendly. He also handled missing-order issues promptly and professionally. His outstanding customer service made for a great experience. Thank you CJ and I hope that all your hard work is being recognized and rewarded.
Absolutely the nicest Chick-fil-A we have ever visited. Top notch staff; friendly, kind, inviting, accommodating. Clean and organized. Quick service. All employees go above and beyond and everything is done in such a smooth and functional manner).
