We ordered our food at 5:30 to be picked up at 6:00. I got there at 6:00 it was not done yet. I had to wait until 6:35 to get my food. We get home and the food isn’t even hot. It took them an hour to make 2 bowls!
I heard other customers saying that they were waiting for an hour or more.

I got food from the Chipotle on N.5th street today, for myself and my family. I got there as they were packing to food for me to take home. The food was cold (I live less than 3 mins away), my fathers food had a taste of soap, there were several (10 or so) chunks of pure fat instead of meat in the our burrito bowle.
