“This place is absolutely incredible I never go out to bars but I love wings and a good friend of mine told me to try it and my God it did not disappoint I ordered Mild with medium to try because when it comes to spicey I am not able to handle much heat but the Mild was just the right amount the crispy crunch of the wing also soft and chewy I don't know how they do it but it is just perfect they are also the biggest wings I have ever seen and eaten I bought an order of the mild and an order of the garlic and they were both incredible. After enjoying that, I also looked on the menu and seen, they had minnie potato pancakes and that is also another one of my favorite things, so I ordered that and some seasoned fries just to try everything. And it was just absolutely incredible The people in there especially the bartender named Matt he was so quick and friendly and welcoming the atmosphere was just so warm. Everybody was so nice and welcoming and I just don't know what else to say. If you're looking for a nice little place to go and have some incredible food and have a few drinks and a good time. I would highly recommend trying out this place. You won't be sorry. I also seen a bunch of people ordering pizzas and they were absolutely loaded with food I myself haven't had the pizza yet but will be back for more incredible wings and pancakes and will definitely be trying the pizza“

Even though he was incredibly busy he covered my Soda free of charge when he found out I was the designated driver. “A friend and I stopped in tonight for the first time. We arrived soon after they opened at 4 and decided to sit at the outside bar. Our server was very accomodating, turning on the tvs and the outdoor heaters, even procuring me a ticket for the Ancient Order of Hibernians pasta dinner fundraiser being held there Saturday, April 17. I had the Lace Curtain Panini w/fries and an IPA, all excellent. The Lace Works was very clean and inviting. My friend and I agreed we would have to return soon!“

The sauted clams are totally to die for, the wing platter ( 3 seperate flavors ), totally love all 3 flavors, wings were nice & crispy, awesome flavor!! “RUN here to have what was one of the most surprisingly delightful meals. We sat outside as we had our dog- but the interior gives off a warm speakeasy vibe which can range from cozy date night to memorable group dinner. We were BLOWN away by the level of service from the staff. So many came to talk to us and the beer knowledge was impeccable. When we honed in on a beer they just automatically brought a sample and you could tell this place really loved their products and informing guests about them. The cocktails also looked great but we didn’t partake. I love the rotating beer concept. You’re always going to find one curated (bespoke) version of 20 beer styles. Love a Belgian Quad (we do) - you’re ALWAYS going to find one! On to food. We had a great soft pretzel, one of the pizzas and a salad to share. Lots to choose from here but we kept it simple (and vegetarian). The pizza is wood fired- great crunchy crust. Salad was fresh and on point. The menu rotates (think farm to table) so I won’t dwell on what I had but instead URGE you to go try this for yourselves. I’m thinking Scranton might be a regular place to overnight for a weekend getaway with this gem here. I would drive here again simply to come here. (For reference I’m about 4 hours away). Oh and I forgot to add the dessert was the perfect light bite to end this gem of a meal.“

Thursday is steak night at Dooley's and they were fabulous. Had a filet (med rare, of course), baked potato and Broccoli. Drink special was a Vanilla cosmo. Also tried a Cheesecake “

“I just moved to the Scranton/Dunmore area from New York City. I was looking for a local place to “hang my hat”. After trying several local establishments, someone told me I should try Crotti’s on Ash. I met Sheila, the owner, who is fantastic about managing, serving and booking the bands for the place.
I walked in on a Monday night and saw Clarence Spady playing a rendition of “Hey Joe” that floored me. If you don’t know who Clarence is- Google him. I’ve been coming back ever since. Every band or person that plays here is extremely impressive and high quality. Coming from NYC, it’s difficult to impress me but everything about this place is awesome. The people here are warm, good-hearted souls that make everyone feel welcome- Even a displaced person from New York City!“

“Wings were very pricey, I paid $50 for 30 wings and a small order of boneless wings didn't get some of the sauce I ordered and I'm thought that boneless wings were very dry other than that the people who also ate the wings like them. I'm not a big green either but it was definitely a little pricey I say 15 to $20 more than I expected that's why four stars. They fix the price it would definitely go up. I understand it's rough times but hey it's rough on us all let's share the unwealthiness??“
