The bartender/owner Kathy, is worth the visit. Mom and pop shop. Lots of local history and good conversation. Can't accommodate more than five people inside currently. There is a beautiful patio area that can accommodate more.. The place has a lot of potential. She is in the works of revamping it.
This place is a relick of the past MOM AND POP at it best Kathy is a joy and makes the WORLDS BEST Cheese Burgers and CHEESE STEAKS the locals u will find in there are REAL PEOPLE a down home BOOT SCOOTIN PLACE
Kathy is a great bar tender and host. Very good food and no watered down booze. Friendly atmosphere. Kathy is a native of the Pocono area and was very informative.She also helps with rescue animals. We were fortunate enough to have met Tank, her current rescue dog. Kathy (owner) and Tank have hearts of gold. We already miss them and promise to return next year when we visit the Pocono Mountains again!
